Abstract
L'invention concerne un composant (10) d'un ensemble de palier stratifié (11) pour coupler de manière mobile un élément intérieur (1) avec un élément extérieur (2), l'élément extérieur (2) présentant un alésage (3). Le composant (10) de palier comprend un corps stratifié (12) pouvant être disposé dans l'alésage (3) d'élément extérieur (2) et présentant une extrémité radiale intérieure (12a) pouvant être connectée à l'élément intérieur (1) et une extrémité radiale extérieure (12b) pouvant être connectée à l'élément extérieur (2). Le corps (12) est formé d'une pluralité de lamelles élastomères (18n) et métalliques (20n), généralement arquées, en alternance, généralement emboîtées autour d'un axe central (Ac), chacune des lamelles élastomères (18n) et métalliques (20n) présentant des première et deuxième extrémités arquées (18na, 18nb, 20na, 20nb) opposées et des surfaces circonférentielles intérieure et extérieure (19A, 19B, 21A, 21B) s'étendant en circonférence entre les première et deuxième extrémités arquées (1 8na, 18nb, 20na, 20nb). Chaque lamelle métallique (20n) présente un épaisseur radiale (tRM) variant en circonférence entre une première valeur (VM1) à la première extrémité arquée (20na) radialement la plus large et une deuxième valeur (VM2) inférieure à la deuxième extrémité arquée (20nb) radialement la plus étroite.
