Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant à un cycliste de s'adapter à un très grand nombre de positions sur son vélo en fonction de sa morphologie ou de son style de conduite. Le dispositif comporte un cintre droit (1), muni à ses extrémités de 2 parties femelles (2). L'une d'entre elles est ajourée de manière régulière par 10 trous (3). Cela permet d'y enclencher les extrémités d'un prolongateur (4) de forme semi-circulaire, dont l'une d'elles est munie d'un ergot à ressort, rétractable manuellement sans outils : détail figure (2A, 2B). A titre d'exemple non limitatif, le prolongateur (4) aura un diamètre de 30 mm et son rayon fera 250 mm. Il permet ainsi d’une part, de varier les postures, atténuant les fatigues du cycliste sur les longs trajets, et d’autre part, de proposer, sur un même itinéraire, des conduites de type loisir, dynamiques ou sportives. À titre d’exemples, en position horizontale vers l’avant, il permet une conduite type route avec prolongateur d’appui des avants bras.
