Abstract

L'objet de l'invention est un revêtement multicouches de génération d'un choc laser sous irradiation d'un laser à impulsions qui comporte une couche d'adaptation assurant un contact intime avec un matériau à traiter et la transmission d'une onde de choc, une couche de génération du choc, qui va convertir l'énergie lumineuse en onde de choc, et qui est liée à la couche d'adaptation, cette couche de génération étant adaptée à former un plasma sous l'impulsion laser et générer une onde de choc à partir dudit plasma et une couche de confinement recouvrant la couche de génération, transparente à la longueur d'onde dudit laser à impulsions et s'opposant à la dispersion du choc dans une direction opposée à la direction normale à la surface du matériau à tester.
