L'invention concerne un dispositif de maintien d'une extrémité d'un câble sur une interface électriquement connectée (2) du câble à un appareil (3), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend une ouverture formant logement pour une portion du câble, cette ouverture comprenant, d'une part, une butée fixe contre laquelle une portion du câble est destinée à être en appui et, d'autre part, une surface de pression d'une pièce mobile montée avec un moyen ressort, disposée en regard de la butée fixe et apte à exercer une pression sur la portion du câble, sous l'action du ressort, pour l'appuyer contre la butée fixe.
