Abstract

L'invention se situe dans le domaine de la microdosimétrie, notamment à des fins de traitement thérapeutique. Elle concerne un microdosimètre comprenant une ou plusieurs cellules chacune apte à générer un courant sous un faisceau incident d'ions ou de protons. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de ce dosimètre. Selon l'invention, le microdosimètre (10) comprend, pour chaque cellule (20): ▪ un volume utile (21) formé dans une membrane (11) de diamant intrinsèque, ▪ une première électrode (23) et une deuxième électrode (24) agencées de part et d'autre de la membrane de diamant intrinsèque, les électrodes étant agencées de sorte que le volume utile soit interposé entre une première électrode et une deuxième électrode, et ▪ une zone de diamant dopé (22) formant des moyens de polarisation du volume utile entre la première électrode et la deuxième électrode.
