Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'étiquetage permettant de maintenir de façon optimale une étiquette (1) en film synthétique sur une volaille fraiche effilée. Il est constitué d'une étiquette (1) en film synthétique présentant un orifice (4) dans lequel est introduit le croupion de la volaille. Un deuxième orifice (2) sur l'étiquette permet d'y fixer un lien (3) élastique. Le passage de ce lien autour du cou de la volaille permet le maintien de l'étiquette sur la volaille. L'utilisation d'un lien élastique permet une adaptabilité aux différents calibres de volailles.
