Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de conditionnement thermique d'un véhicule automobile comprenant : - un circuit de climatisation dans lequel circule un fluide réfrigérant, - un circuit de régulation thermique d'au moins un élément de stockage d'énergie électrique, comprenant un échangeur thermique (1) disposé en contact thermique avec ledit au moins un élément de stockage d'énergie électrique, ledit échangeur thermique (1) comprenant un faisceau de tubes (40) de circulation d'un fluide caloporteur apte à échanger thermiquement avec ledit au moins un élément de stockage d'énergie électrique, les extrémités des tubes (40) pénétrant dans un collecteur d'admission (2) du fluide caloporteur et un collecteur d'évacuation (3) du fluide caloporteur respectivement. Selon l'invention, au moins un desdits collecteurs (2, 3) de l'échangeur thermique (1) comprend : - une première chambre (26) dans laquelle s'étend au moins un passage (23) de circulation du fluide caloporteur du circuit de régulation thermique et au moins un conduit (220, 221) de circulation du fluide réfrigérant du circuit de climatisation, de sorte à ce que le fluide caloporteur circulant dans ledit au moins un passage (23) échange thermiquement avec le fluide réfrigérant circulant dans ledit au moins un conduit (220, 221), et - une deuxième chambre (25) de circulation du fluide caloporteur communiquant avec ledit au moins un passage (23) de la première chambre (26) et ledit faisceau de tubes (40) dudit échangeur thermique (1).The invention relates to a thermal conditioning system of a motor vehicle comprising: - an air conditioning circuit in which a refrigerant circulates, - a thermal regulation circuit of at least one element for storing electrical energy, comprising a heat exchanger thermal (1) disposed in thermal contact with said at least one electrical energy storage element, said heat exchanger (1) comprising a bundle of tubes (40) for circulation of a heat-transfer fluid capable of thermally exchanging with said at least an electrical energy storage element, the ends of the tubes (40) entering an intake manifold (2) of the heat transfer fluid and an evacuation manifold (3) of the heat transfer fluid respectively. According to the invention, at least one of said collectors (2, 3) of the heat exchanger (1) comprises: - a first chamber (26) in which extends at least one passage (23) for circulation of the heat transfer fluid of the thermal regulation circuit and at least one conduit (220, 221) for circulation of the refrigerant fluid of the air conditioning circuit, so that the heat transfer fluid circulating in said at least one passage (23) exchanges heat with the refrigerant fluid circulating in said at least one conduit (220, 221), and - a second chamber (25) for circulation of the heat transfer fluid communicating with said at least one passage (23) of the first chamber (26) and said bundle of tubes (40) of said heat exchanger (1).
