Abstract

La « carte postale à cocher » est un dispositif hybride interactif, combinant de façon ludique les caractéristiques de la carte postale et celles du ticket de jeu de tirage - elle se décline en deux versions : Une version papier sous forme d'un prêt à poster ou à timbrer, en deux volets dissociables, l'un constitué d'un visuel prédéfini - ou personnalisable au moyen d'une photo personnelle - et l'autre du reçu du jeu de tirage avec son règlement. Une marge sécable, encollée sur trois cotés permet de sceller et de sécuriser l'envoi - Le destinataire dont les : nom, prénom(s) et adresse se retrouvent après ouverture au dos du volet jeu, devient attributaire des gains éventuels. Une version numérique - constituée d'un ou plusieurs visuel(s) prédéfinis ou photo(s) personnelle(s) ou vidéo(s) personnelle(s), et donc personnalisable à l'infini qui permet d'expédier, via le site de l'exploitant, conjointement et de façon indissociable, un ou plusieurs jeu(x) de tirage, à la personne de son choix, de lui attribuer le gain potentiel du ou des jeu(x) de tirage induit(s) et de générer ainsi en continu et de façon exponentielle de nouveaux joueurs. L'invention a vocation de se substituer à la fois aux tickets de jeux de tirage traditionnels et aux cartes postales classiques du fait qu'elle remplit, pour un coût quasi équivalent à celui du ticket de jeu seul, l'une et l'autre des deux fonctions, et de répandre partout dans le monde l'accès aux jeux de tirage made in France.
