Abstract
L'invention concerne un capteur de rayonnement comportant une pluralité de pixels (100) formés dans et sur un substrat semiconducteur (101), chaque pixel comportant : un élément (103) de conversion d'un rayonnement électromagnétique en un signal électrique, disposé dans une cavité (113) fermée par un capot (111) transparent au rayonnement à détecter ; un obturateur optique comportant une couche (115) thermochrome revêtant une face du capot transparent (111), l'obturateur étant commandable électriquement pour faire varier le coefficient de transmission de la couche thermochrome (115) pour le rayonnement à détecter ; et un circuit (102) de contrôle et de lecture de l'élément de conversion (103), le circuit de contrôle et de lecture (102) étant adapté à détecter un éblouissement susceptible d'endommager l'élément de conversion (103) du pixel, et à commander l'obturateur du pixel pour diminuer le coefficient de transmission de la couche thermochrome (115) lorsqu'un éblouissement est détecté.
