Abstract
Ce procédé de décontamination de légumes frais, fruits frais, plantes ou végétaux vivants dont la surface est contaminée par des pesticides, ledit procédé comportant une étape d'exposition directe (52, 56) de la surface contaminée de légumes frais, fruits frais, plantes ou végétaux vivants à au moins une impulsion lumineuse, la durée de la ou des impulsions lumineuses étant comprise entre 50 µs et 2 s, dans lequel : - 80 % de l'énergie de la ou des impulsions lumineuses est obtenue à des longueurs d'onde comprises entre 100 nm et 280 nm, et - la densité d'énergie délivrée par chaque impulsion lumineuse sur la surface desdits légumes frais, fruits frais, plantes ou végétaux vivant est comprise entre 0,1 kJ/m2 et 3 kJ/m2.This method of decontaminating fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, plants or living plants whose surface is contaminated by pesticides, said method comprising a step of direct exposure (52, 56) of the contaminated surface of fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, plants or living plants with at least one light pulse, the duration of the light pulse (s) being between 50 µs and 2 s, in which: - 80% of the energy of the light pulse (s) is obtained at lengths of wave between 100 nm and 280 nm, and - the energy density delivered by each light pulse on the surface of said fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, plants or living plants is between 0.1 kJ / m2 and 3 kJ / m2.
