Abstract

L'invention concerne un chauffage qui pompe plus de chaleur dans l'air vicié de ventilation rejeté qu'il est nécessaire pour réchauffer l'air neuf aspiré. Il est constitué : - D'un circuit 1 en fonctionnement continu qui : ? pompe sans former de givre une première quantité de chaleur dans le flux d'air vicié extrait, chaud et humide ? assèche le flux d'air vicié. - D'un circuit 2, à température d'évaporateur plus basse que le circuit précédent, qui pompe une seconde quantité de chaleur dans l'air asséché. Le dispositif selon les inventions est, sans installation extérieure disgracieuse, particulièrement destiné à produire, à faible coût en hiver et en été, un intérieur confortable et sain : Confortable : • température régulée dans tout le logement avec un recyclage avantageux des chaleurs intérieures ; la version avec stockage est tout particulièrement adaptée aux constructions à faible chaleur massique (murs en béton cellulaire, à ossature bois...) • climatisation silencieuse et économique : fin de la souffrance trop souvent mortelle des personnes fragilisées par la canicule. • intérieur protégé du bruit extérieur avec l'aération continue sans ouverture de fenêtre. Sain : l'air neuf est filtré et son aspiration est éloignée des sources de pollution. Faible coût : ? d'installation: ? pas de double installation de VMC avec un chauffage annexe ? les panneaux hydrauliques solaires en toiture sont remplacés par un chauffe-eau sanitaire thermodynamique ? d'exploitation : faible consommation électrique annuelle.
