The present invention relates to a housing, in particular for a telephone, comprising two shells (1) closing one on the other and a slide (4) movable in translation on the first shell and with a fastening member (41 , 42) to the second shell, the housing being arranged so that when the housing is closed:

a hooking member is attached to the second shell when the slide is in a first position (Pi) or in a second position (P ₂ ),

- The attachment member (s) are free when the slide is in a third position (P ₃ ).

The housing further comprises a device for locking the slide on one of the shells in the first position and actuable only by a dedicated tool, and reversible immobilization means (12, 13, 43) of the slide in the second and in third position.

HOUSING WITH LOCKING AND LOCKING SLIDER WHEN CLOSING OR OPENING

The present invention relates to the field of secure packaging. More particularly, the present invention relates to a housing formed by two shells closing one on the other and unlocking by means of a dedicated tool so as to prevent the opening of the housing other than with a dedicated unlocking tool . In particular, such a box is intended to contain an electronic device, more particularly a mobile telephone.

There are cardboard boxes that are secured with an adhesive tape that forms a seal, allowing a buyer to make sure it has not been opened. Once opened, the lid of the carton can be closed reversibly, most often by means of tabs wedging in housings. The box can therefore be kept by the customer to protect the device contained. However, when the case is exposed in store, it is easy to remove the adhesive to take the device and then close the case at the point of sale, in order to steal the device. Since the box remains in the rack, it is more difficult to detect such theft, especially when this detection is based on a detectable element attached to the box.

The technical problem that the invention aims to solve is therefore to further secure the contents of a case displayed at a point of sale.

To this end, a first object of the invention is a box, in particular intended to contain a telephone, in particular a mobile telephone, this box comprising:

- a first shell and a second shell closing one over the other so as to close the housing by rendering its contents inaccessible,

- A slide mounted movable in translation on the first shell, comprising at least one latching member, and actuable from outside the closed housing so as to be positioned by translation according to a first, a second or a third position.

In this housing, the first shell, the second shell and the attachment member (s) are arranged so that when the housing is closed:

- at least one attachment member is attached to the second shell when the slide is in the first position, thus opposing the opening of the case,

- at least one hooking member is attached to the second shell when the slide is in second position, thus opposing the opening of the case,

- The attachment member (s) are free when the slide is in the third position, thus allowing the opening of the case.

This case also includes:

- a device for locking the slide on one of the shells in the first position, which can only be actuated by means of a dedicated tool from outside the case when this case is closed,

- first means of reversible immobilization of the slide in second position,

- second reversible immobilization means of the slide in third position.

Thus, by means of a common part, namely the slide, this case allows both the secure locking of the case and the reversible closure of the case once it is unlocked.

Without the dedicated tool, except destroying the case, which is not discreet, it is very hard, if not impossible, to open the case and access its contents. When it is on a store shelf, you cannot take its content discreetly. Furthermore, by having a detectable element inside the case, such as an RFID tag, it is difficult to leave the store without actuating the detectors.

In addition, once the box is unlocked and, if there is one, the RFID tag deactivated or removed, the buyer can leave with the box and its contents, thus allowing him to protect the device contained in the housing. Thanks to the reversible immobilization according to the second or third position, the buyer can open and close the box several times and manually.

The case according to the invention can optionally have one or more of the following characteristics:

the immobilization means are arranged so that the immobilization according to the second position or according to the third position is effected by reversible snap-fitting between a projecting element and an immobilization housing; it’s a simple way to reversibly hold the slide in second or third position;

the first immobilization means and the second immobilization means respectively comprise a first immobilization housing and a second immobilization housing formed on an immobilization wall secured to one of the shells, and in which the slide comprises a projecting element capable of being housed in the first immobilization housing or in the second immobilization housing depending on whether the slide is positioned respectively in second position or in third position; in other words, the protruding element is here common to the first immobilization means and to the second immobilization means, and makes it possible by being housed in the corresponding immobilization housing; it is a simple way to index the positions according to the positioning of the housings;

the first immobilization housing and the second immobilization housing are respectively formed by a first portion and a second portion of a through hole of the immobilization wall, these first and second portions being separated from each other by a narrowing of the periphery of this through hole, the projecting element being arranged through the through hole when the slider is in second or third position and being able to pass from one portion to the other through the narrowing by elastic deformation between the narrowing and the projecting element; it is a simple embodiment allowing the reversible snap on one side or the other of the narrowing, without the projecting element coming out of the through hole, so that this makes it possible to keep the slide in one or the other of the positions only because the projecting element is blocked in the through hole; this is all the more effective if the projecting element is metallic, such as a rod;

the locking device is mounted on the slide; this facilitates the production of the hulls;

the locking device comprises a movable member between a blocking position, in which this movable member is housed in a blocking housing, and an unlocking position, in which this movable member is outside the blocking housing, one of the locking device and the blocking housing being integral with the slide and the other one among the locking device and the blocking housing being integral with one of the shells, so that in the blocking position the movable member locks the slide on this hull; it is a simple means of realization allowing a strong locking, conferring a great resistance to a force opening;

the locking device comprises an elastic return member arranged so that when the movable member is moved to its unlocked position, the elastic stress of the return member increases and thus generates a return force of the member movable to its blocking position; there is thus a better hold in locking;

the movable member is a magnetic or magnetizable element or is fixed to a magnetic or magnetizable actuatable member, the movable member or the movable member and the actuatable member being arranged so as to be driven towards the release position by a tool dedicated magnetic from the outside when the case is closed; this allows easy and secure actuation;

the slide slides in translation along the immobilization wall, the blocking housing being formed in this immobilization wall and aligned with the first immobilization housing and the second immobilization housing, the projecting element forming the mobile organ; thus, the housing allows with the same movable member to lock in one position and to immobilize in two other positions; this simplifies the case;

the locking device is arranged so as to block the slide on the first shell; this makes it possible to give more degrees of freedom in the design of the case, in particular as to the arrangement of the first shell relative to the second shell, the slide locking on the shell on which it is mounted movable;

the slide is guided in translation by: o at least one groove secured to the slide or to the first shell, and o at least one rail secured respectively to the first shell or to the slide and sliding in this groove;

this allows better positioning of the slide; to improve this positioning, the housing can include a combination of groove and rail on each side of the slide;

the slide can be actuated from outside the closed box so as to be positioned by translation in a fourth position, in which the rails are disengaged from the grooves and in which the slide is located opposite a mounting opening in the housing, the mounting opening being arranged so as to allow the passage of the slide towards the outside of the housing; assembly of the housing is thus facilitated;

the housing comprises a protective housing and a compartment separated from each other by a partition, the protective housing being intended to receive said inaccessible content, the slide moving in translation in the compartment, and the compartment having the mounting opening; inaccessible content can be placed in the case without paying attention to the fact that it interferes with the slide;

the immobilization wall is mounted on and transverse to the partition, the immobilization wall separating the compartment into a first part and a second part, the first part comprising the slide, the immobilization wall comprising a passage through the hooking members, which open into the second part, the second part receiving, when the case is closed, complementary means integral with the second shell, the passage, the hooking members and the complementary means being arranged so as to that the fastening members are able to translate along the passage when the slide passes from one position to another and so that the fastening of the fastening members to the second shell is carried out by the attachment to these complementary means; this simplifies the production of the case with a common wall serving as indexing according to the three positions;

the immobilization wall is arranged opposite the mounting opening; thus, the slide can be mounted by pressing against the immobilization wall, which can then serve as a guide for mounting the latter movable in translation, in particular, when this is the case, for engaging the rail or rails in the or the corresponding grooves;

the hooking members are arranged and hang on the second shell inside the closed housing; the reinforcement of the locking of the box is reinforced.

Figures 1 and 2 respectively illustrate a first shell 1 and a second shell 2 which once assembled form the outer walls of an example of a housing according to the invention.

The first shell 1 is in this example deeper than the second shell 2, but this is not limiting.

This first shell 1 defines an interior volume comprising a protective housing 8 intended to contain an electronic device, in particular a mobile telephone.

The assembled case B is visible in Figure 9.

According to the invention, as in this example, the box B can be arranged to be suspended in a rack, in particular by a suspension means, such as a ring 9, arranged at the top of the first shell 1.

In the example illustrated, the terms "top", "bottom", "under", "above", "below", "lower", "upper", "front", "rear", "front", "behind "," Vertical "," transverse "refer, unless otherwise indicated, to the orientation of the box suspended from its ring 9.

This first shell 1 can, as here, be the rear shell of the housing B, when the housing is exposed suspended from its ring 9. Thus in FIG. 1, the internal face of the rear wall 38 of the first shell 1 is seen.

In this example, a transverse internal partition, known as a partition 7, separates this interior volume in two: the protective housing 8 above the partition 7 and a compartment below this partition 7.

As here, the first shell 1 may include a step 37, so that the protective housing 8 comprises a lower volume deeper than a high volume. This allows for example to place accessories in the low volume and to place a flat mobile phone in front of the accessories and against both the latter and the internal face of said rear wall 38 in the high volume.

The first shell 1 is delimited by the rear wall 38 and four edge walls, these edge walls comprising: a bottom wall 33, a top wall 35, a left wall 34 and a right wall 36.

The second shell 2 makes it possible to close the housing B. It comprises a front wall 20 of the housing, the internal face of which can be seen in FIG. 2.

According to the invention, as here, this second shell 2 can form a cover for the housing B. In the example illustrated, this second shell 2 fits snugly between the edge walls 33 to 36 of the first shell 1, the internal face of said front wall 20 facing the internal face of said rear wall 38.

Here, the second shell 2 comprises a bottom wall 23, a left wall 24, a right wall 26 and a top edge 25.

As here, the high edge 25 can be arranged so as to be housed behind a tongue situated at the top of the high wall 35 of the first shell 1 and turned towards the protective housing 8. This tongue is not shown on these drawings. Once this high edge 25 is housed behind this tongue, it forms with this tongue an articulation allowing the folding of said front wall 20 towards said rear wall 38. The high edge 25 may include a recess 27 of shape complementary to the tongue to facilitate its housing.

For example, during said folding down the bottom wall 23 of the second shell 2 slides against and above the bottom wall 33 of the first shell 1, the left wall 24 of the second shell 2 slides against and to the right of the left wall 34 of the first shell 1, and the right wall 26 of the second shell 2 slides against and to the left of the right wall 36 of the first shell 1.

The bottom wall 23 of the second shell 2 is wider than the other walls 24, 26 of the second shell 2, so as to be housed in the compartment.

Once the housing is closed, said front wall 20 is flush here with the front edges of the edge walls 33 to 36 of the first shell 1. The contents of housing B are in this case inaccessible, that is to say that no can be taken through the housing, or you can not take it without opening or breaking it.

To secure the closure of this box B, the latter comprises a slide 4, detailed in FIGS. 4 to 6, and represented according to four determined positions Pi, P2, P3, P4 shown in FIG. 3.

In general, this slide 4 is mounted movable in translation on the first shell 1 and is arranged so as to be able to catch on the second shell 2, when it is in a first position Pi and when it is in a second position P2. This attachment makes it possible to oppose the spacing of the shells 1,2, one from the other.

In the example illustrated, the slider 4 comprises two hooking members 41, 42 whose ends, when the slider 4 is in the first position Pi or in the second position P2, are housed in front of complementary means, such as the vertical projections 21, 22 illustrated. The attachment members 41, 42 thus retain the second shell 2 by its vertical projections 21, 22.

The hooking members 41, 42 and the vertical projections 21, 22 are arranged so that, when the slide 4 is in the third position P3:

the hooking members 41, 42 are arranged on either side of the right vertical projection 22 (therefore shown on the left in FIG. 2), and

- the left latching member 41 is between the vertical projections 21, 22. Thus the latching members 41,42 are next to the vertical projections 21,22 and are therefore free. They therefore no longer retain the second shell 2, thus allowing the spacing of the second shell 2 from the first shell 1, therefore from the opening of the housing B.

Here, the compartment is separated by a vertical internal partition 10 into a first part 31 and a second part 32, hereinafter respectively the rear part 31 and the front part 32. In FIG. 1, only the front part 32 is visible, the rear part 31 being behind the vertical internal partition 10.

The slide 4 is housed in the compartment, which makes it possible to separate it from the protective housing 8. More particularly, it is housed in said rear part 31.

In FIG. 3, the slider 4 is represented according to the orientation which it has when it is mounted on the first shell 1. In order to better visualize the slider 4, the latter is represented in FIG. 3 outside the compartment and aligned with the determined positions Pi, P2, P3, P4, the dotted lines indicating the alignment of a point of the slide 4 and a point of the vertical internal partition 10 according to the corresponding position. Similarly, the reference “4” of the slide is, in FIG. 3, followed by the reference of its position in parentheses.

The passage between these determined positions Pi, P2, P3, P4 takes place by translation. In this example, these positions are aligned in the following order: fourth position P4, first position Pi, second position P2, third position P3.

The vertical internal partition 10 includes a passage 30, visible in FIG. 7, through which the hooking members 41, 42 pass. The end of these latching members is thus housed in said front part 32. This passage 30 is arranged so that when the slide 4 translates into the rear part 31, the ends of these latching members 41,42, translate in the front part 32, to come or not to hang on the vertical projections 21,22.

Here, to facilitate translation, inside the rear part 31, the first shell 1 comprises two pairs of rails 18, 19. For each pair, one of the rails 18, 19 is arranged on the internal face of the bottom wall 33 of the first shell 1 and the other rail 18, 19 is arranged on a lower face of the partition wall 7. The slide 4 comprises two pairs of grooves 44, 45 at the top and at the bottom, arranged so as to that the slider is mounted in the first shell 1 by inserting the rails 18, 19 into these grooves 44, 45, and so that these rails guide the slider 4 according to the translational movement in the compartment. These rails 18, 19 extend here vertically and transversely.

In the example illustrated, these rails 18, 19 and the slider 4 are also arranged so that the slider slides against and / or along the vertical internal partition 10.

In this example, the vertical internal partition forms a immobilizing wall 10, against which the slide 4 can also:

lock in the first position Pi, and come to a stop in the second position P2 and in the third position P ₃ .

The position Pi of this locking and the two immobilization positions P2, P3 are indexed on the immobilization wall 10 respectively by a blocking housing 11 and a through hole 16.

The slide 4 comprises a locking device 6 with a projecting element 43, here formed by a movable member 43 between a locking position, illustrated in these Figures 3 to 6, and an unlocking position, not shown.

In this example, the movable member 43 is a retractable rod 43, movably mounted between the locking and unlocking position inside a cylindrical tank 60 of the locking device 6. This tank 60 is mounted in a housing d reception, which is formed in the slide 4 and which is behind a front face 47 of this slide 4. This front face 47 comprises a hole through which the rod 43 is able to retract and deploy .

The tank 60 here comprises an elastic return member 63 arranged so that when the rod 43 is retracted, thus here moved to its unlocked position, the elastic stress of the return member 63 increases and generates a return force from rod 43 to its locked position. This return member is here a spring 63 with turns, which is surrounded on one side around a rear end 62 of the rod 43 and the other placed against the bottom of the tank 60.

According to an embodiment of the invention, as here, the rod 43 is a magnetic or magnetizable element. It can, as here, include a guide disc 61, here integral with this rod 43. In this example, it serves as a guide along the tank 60 and also as a stop, which abuts against the front face 47 of the slide 4 when the rod 43 is deployed, in particular under the effect of the restoring force.

In this example, the rear face of the slide 4 comprises a barrel 46, in which the rear of the tank 60 is housed and is flush with the edges of the barrel 46. Here, this allows the positioning of a specially dedicated tool, comprising a additional imprint of this barrel. For example, this tool comprises a magnetic field generator inside the cavity and therefore inside the tank 60, allowing, when the tool is activated, to drive the rod 43 towards the bottom of the tank, thus compressing the spring 63. When the magnetic field is removed, the spring 63 returns the rod 43 to its deployed position, illustrated in FIG. 6.

When the slider 4 is in the first position Pi, the rod 43 is housed in and passes through the blocking housing 11. Without the magnetic tool, it is not possible to slide the slider 4, and therefore to shift the members d 'hooking 41,42 relative to the vertical projections 21,22. The housing B is therefore locked, securing the content thereof. It is in this configuration that box B is used to expose its content.

The housing B can be made of rigid thermosetting plastic. It can be transparent to leave its contents visible, or else opaque to hide it. It is also possible to make only one of its shells opaque, in particular the rear shell. In this example, at least the second shell 2 is transparent.

Alternatively, the first shell 1 may be intended to be exposed at the front and the second shell 2 may be intended to be exposed at the rear. The first shell 1 can for example be transparent.

When it is desired to unlock the housing B, in particular once the product has been purchased, the seller can retract the rod 43 in the body 40 of the slider by means of the dedicated tool. The rod 43 then leaves the blocking housing 11, thus allowing the slide 4 to be driven on the side, here on the right. The rod 43 is then in abutment against the rear face of the immobilizing wall 10 under the effect of the restoring force.

It is then possible to cease the action of the magnetic field and to move the slider 4 until the rod 43 comes opposite the through hole 16, the rod 43 then being housed in this through hole 16 under the effect of restoring force.

Box B is thus unlocked. However, it remains blocked during closure, the slide 4 opposing its opening. However, the through hole 16 corresponds well to an unlocking, because the slide 4 is now reversibly movable, namely without the dedicated tool, between the second position P2 and the third position P3.

In this example, this through hole 16 is delimited by an edge which forms its periphery. This edge includes a narrowing 17, according to which this through hole 16 forms a lesser width. The through hole 16 thus comprises a first portion 12 and a second portion 13 arranged on either side of the narrowing

The first portion 12 is arranged between the blocking housing 11 and the second portion 13.

After unlocking, the rod 43 remains blocked through the through hole 16, except when using the magnetic tool.

According to the invention, as here, the constriction 17 may have a width less than that of the rod 43 and may be arranged so that it can deform by pressing the sides of this rod 43 against it, so that the passage of the rod 43 from a portion 12, 13 to the other through the constriction 17 is effected by deformation of the constriction. To achieve this passage, the slide 4 is driven on one side or the other. This exemplary embodiment makes it possible to move the rod 43 by reversible snap-fastening from one portion 12, 13 to the other.

The narrowing 17 nevertheless makes it possible to maintain the slider 4 in second position P2 or in third position P3 in the absence of force on the slider 4, the rod 43 remaining in the first portion 12 or in the second portion 13.

Thus, the first portion 12 and the rod 43 form first reversible immobilization means of the slide 4 in second position P2, and the second portion 13 and the rod 43 form the second reversible immobilization means of the slide 4 in third position P3 .

Once the box B is unlocked, the purchaser of the product can thus freely lock the box in closing or unlock it by simple actuation of the slide 4 towards its second position P20U respectively its third position P3. You can simply operate the slider from outside the housing B. This actuation can be manual. Box B thus forms the packaging and / or the contents protection box, such as the mobile phone. It optionally allows it to be stored and taken out throughout its life.

The first shell 1 here comprises on its rear face a mounting opening 14 giving access to the rear part 31 of the compartment. This mounting opening 14 is closed by a cover 5.

This cover 5 can comprise a transverse sliding light 50, crossed by the barrel 46 and the length of which is arranged so as to allow the sliding of the slide 4 from the first position Pi to the third position P3.

Thus the barrel 46 is not only accessible to the magnetic tool from the outside of the closed housing but also actuable from one side or the other in translation, in particular manually, so as to move the slide 4 and to position it by translation according to the first, second or third position Pi, P2, P ₃ .

Before the housing is used, the assembly of the slide 4 in the first shell 1 is carried out by mounting the slide through the mounting opening 14, which is arranged opposite the immobilization wall 10 .

During this assembly, the slide 4 is positioned in a fourth position P4 with its front face 47 facing the rear face 39 of the immobilization wall

10. The rod 43 is then pressed against the rear face 39 of the immobilization wall 10.

According to the invention, as in this example, the length of the portion of the rod 43 outside the front face 47 of the slide 4 in the deployed position may be close to or equal to the distance between the grooves 44, 45, and the rails 18 , 19 when the rod 43 is deployed and in abutment on the rear face 39 of the immobilization wall 10. Thus, it is possible by pressing the slide 4 against the immobilization wall to retract the rod 43 in the tank 60 and to guide this slide 4 against this immobilizing wall 10, until the grooves 44, 45 engage with the rails 18,

19. During this sliding, the rod 43 remains retracted against the immobilization wall 10, until it comes into vis-à-vis the blocking housing 11, where it then enters under the effect of the restoring force.

There is thus a mounting guide to the first position Pi thanks to the return member 63 and the immobilization wall 10.

According to the invention, as in this example, a clearance 49 can be made between the right groove 44 and the left groove 45 on the same side, so as to allow the left guide rail 19 positioned between these grooves 44, 45 on this side of the slide 4. In this example, the slide 4 has a clearance 49 on the upper side and on the lower side of the slide 4.

This makes it possible to index the slide 4 laterally during assembly, the immobilizing wall 10 indexing it in depth. This also makes it possible to more quickly engage the left rails 19 with the left grooves 45 and the right rails 18 with the right grooves 44.

As here, the slide 4 can comprise a lug 48 arranged on the slide so as to be housed in abutment in an orifice 15 of the immobilization wall 10, when the slide 4 is in the first position Pi. This orifice 15

0 and this lug 48 therefore form a stop system towards the fourth position P4. This avoids dragging the slider 4 towards the mounting position when the slider is unlocked.

In this example, the same projecting element, here the rod 43 ensures locking in one position and immobilization in two other positions.
