Cette structure (10) comprend un dispositif de mesure (20) comportant un capteur (22) apte à effectuer en temps réel des mesures du niveau de l'eau présente sur la surface (12) permettant ainsi de calculer une vitesse de montée des eaux, un système d'acquisition (24) apte à recueillir des données correspondant à ces mesures, et un transmetteur (26) apte à transmettre ces données en temps réel vers un centre de supervision (40).
