L'invention a pour objet un caisson de ventilation pour une installation de désenfumage d'un bâtiment, comportant un compartiment de collecte (4) d'air extrait du bâtiment ou d'air extérieur présentant une entrée d'air (6), et des compartiments (8, 14) contenant une turbine (10) ainsi qu'une motorisation (16) entraînant cette turbine (10), caractérisé en ce que l'entrée d'air (6) du compartiment de collecte (4) comporte un volet mobile (20) de réglage de sa section de passage d'air.
