Abstract

Un dispositif d'escamotage (DE) équipe un véhicule comprenant une colonne de direction (CD) située au moins partiellement sous une planche de bord et comportant une partie arrière (PR) à laquelle est solidarisé un volant (VD) rabattable, et un combiné (CA) d'affichage d'informations placé en aval du volant (VD). Ce dispositif (DE) comprend des moyens d'escamotage (ME), solidarisés à un équipement du véhicule, auxquels sont couplés la partie arrière (PR) de la colonne de direction (CD) et le combiné (CA), et propres à escamoter, au moins par une translation, la partie arrière (PR) de la colonne de direction (CD) et le combiné (CA) sous la planche de bord (PDB) après que le volant (VD) ait été rabattu par rapport à la partie arrière (PR) de la colonne de direction (CD).
