Abstract

L'invention se rapporte notamment à un procédé de production d'un engrais à partir d'air provenant d'urine. Il comprend les étapes suivantes : a) à travers une conduite (1), on fait circuler une solution d'acide et à, contre-courant, un flux d'air chargé en ammoniac, de manière à extraire au moins partiellement l'ammoniac contenu dans l'air provenant du passage d'urine sur ce flux d'air, une extrémité (11) de ladite conduite (1) communiquant avec un réservoir de stockage (3) dans lequel est contenue la dite solution aqueuse d'acide et dans lequel est reçu le sel d'ammonium formé ; b) on maintient en permanence le pH du liquide du réservoir (3) à une valeur de consigne comprise entre deux bornes de valeurs pH1 et pH2 par ajout d'acide; c) une fois un niveau haut dudit réservoir (3) atteint, on interrompt l'introduction d'urine de manière à faire circuler un flux de plus en plus appauvri en ammoniac et on continue, à faire circuler ledit liquide, mais sans procéder à un maintien du pH ; d) on interrompt la circulation dudit liquide dès lors que ce dernier a atteint une valeur de consigne pH3, et e) on extrait ledit liquide.The invention relates in particular to a method of producing a fertilizer from air from urine.
