Abstract

At least one element (50) forming the generally annular seal (20) is disposed between the interior and exterior bodies (12, 14) and axially spaced apart from the bearing (18), the element (s) ( 50) forming the seal (20) forming an inner circumferential sealing surface (54) capable of interacting sealingly with the interaction surface (15) when the inner body (12) is generally stationary relative to the central axis (Ac), the seal (20) being configured to move generally radially outward so as to be spaced from the interaction surface (15) when the inner body (12 ) rotates around the central axis (Ac).
