Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une méthode et un dispositif de pose d'une pièce d'habillage (6) sur un élément de carrosserie (1) d'un véhicule automobile, mettant en œuvre un gabarit (9) et un adhésif (10) pour fixer la pièce d'habillage (6) sur l'élément de carrosserie (1). La pièce d'habillage (6) est installée dans un logement (12) du gabarit (9) en étant retenue par un organe élastiquement déformable (17a, 17b). Le gabarit (9) est ensuite positionné sur l'élément de carrosserie (1). Une extraction par un opérateur de la pièce d'habillage (6) hors du logement (12) à l'encontre de sa retenue par l'organe élastiquement déformable (17a, 17b), provoque une application de l'adhésif (10) contre l'élément de carrosserie (1) et une séparation entre le gabarit (9) et la pièce d'habillage (6).
