Description

Technical field of the invention.

The invention relates to a removable and transportable photo booth as well as its assembly and disassembly process.

It concerns the technical field of cabins allowing automatic photo taking, more particularly of demountable cabins which can be transported by a single user.

State of the art.

Many photo booths are known to those skilled in the art, more specifically known as Photomaton®. In general, such cabs are in the form of very large systems which are difficult to transport and / or dismantle. These systems are, in general, semi-permanent structures that are mounted only once at the place of use and are not made to be moved. When using such systems, users are obliged to move around and it is extremely difficult to be able to use them for recreational purposes, for example as an object of entertainment in events such as a wedding, a birthday or family celebrations.

-2 The cabins known in the prior art generally have a reduced-size interior housing, making it possible to take photos of only one or two users at a time.

Patent document WO 2010/024800 (FOTO FANTASY INC.) Proposes a cabin making it possible to alleviate some of the aforementioned drawbacks. This offers a cabin made up of two storage boxes. The first box has a printer while the second box is equipped with an image acquisition device, a screen and a computer. These two boxes are adapted to be mechanically and electrically connected to each other, one of the boxes also being adapted to receive tubular members constituting the structure of the cabin.

Although the cabin proposed in patent document WO 2010/024800 (FOTO FANTASY INC.) Constitutes a marked improvement compared to the prior art, it remains difficult to transport, particularly in a vehicle of reduced size such as passenger cars. Its assembly and disassembly also remains complicated, especially for an uninitiated person.

The invention aims to remedy this state of affairs. In particular, an objective of the invention is to provide a cabin whose size is reduced once said cabin dismantled.

Another objective of the invention is to provide an easily transportable cabin in a private vehicle.

An additional objective of the invention is to provide a cabin which is easier to assemble, in particular for an uninitiated person.

-3Disclosure of the invention.

The solution proposed by the invention is a removable photo booth defining an interior space composed of a front face and a rear face (and comprising the constituent elements consisting of:

- a removable structure composed of structural elements which can be connected with each other, the removable structure being adapted to be dismantled and / or assembled in several assembly steps,

- technical elements composed of a device for obtaining images, a computer and a printer, said cabin being adapted to be stored in a storage device suitable for containing all the constituent elements of the cabin.

The cabin is remarkable in that the removable structure further comprises the storage device, said device being composed of an upper storage box and a lower storage box, said lower box being composed of a bottom wall and of a cover and formed of a front wall and a rear wall connected by side walls, which box has two separate compartments:

- a technical compartment comprising all the technical elements of the photo booth, access to the technical compartment being arranged so as to be able to carry out the maintenance of said booth, said technical elements being able to be used at any time during the assembly steps,

- a storage compartment adapted to contain elements constituting the structure of the photo booth, access to the storage compartment being arranged in one of the walls of the box.

Such a photo booth has easier mounting and / or dismantling than the booths known in the prior art. In addition, the boxes being an integral part of the removable structure, a significant saving of space is

-4 performed and allows the user to be able to move the photo booth very easily and without requiring the use of a special vehicle.

Other advantageous features of the invention are listed below. Each of these characteristics can be considered alone or in combination with the remarkable characteristics defined above, and be the subject, if necessary, of one or more divisional patent applications:

- the upper storage box can be fitted onto the lower storage box during the disassembly of said photo booth, so that once disassembled the photo booth is easily transportable by a single user;

- The bottom wall of the upper storage box can be composed of an external face and an internal face in connection with the interior of said box, said external face being equipped with a foldable support frame, suitable for supporting said box and tilting from a folded position to an unfolded position;

- the foldable support frame can have:

o foot elements which can switch between the folded position and the unfolded position, o a blocking mechanism to block the position of the support in the unfolded position, o a control element to unlock the blocking mechanism, which blocking mechanism can be moved manually by a user;

- The foldable support frame may further include a system of pneumatic cylinders adapted to assist the lifting of the lower storage box;

- a base can be fixed to the foldable support frame, so that said frame is locked in said base when it is in the unfolded position;

- one of the side walls can be equipped with a maintenance hatch constituting access to the technical compartment;

- one of the side walls can be equipped with access to a printer placed in the technical compartment;

- one of the side walls can be equipped with a storage hatch constituting access to the storage compartment;

- the constituent elements of the removable structure can consist of several profiles fitting into each other so as to form said structure;

- the removable structure may include a bench positioned in the interior space;

- the side walls of the lower storage box can be fitted with handles;

- The bottom wall of the lower storage box can be fitted with rollers, adapted to easily move said lower storage box.

The invention also relates to a method for mounting a photo booth according to claim 1 comprising the steps consisting in:

- remove the upper storage box;

- dismantle all the constituent elements of the removable structure (6) and place them in the storage boxes;

- tilt the foldable support frame into the folded position;

- fit the upper storage box onto the lower storage box.

Preferred embodiments of the invention.

The photo booth P shown in FIG. 1 consists of an interior space 5 delimited by a removable structure 6. This structure 6 is itself composed of structural elements which can be connected to each other.

The removable structure 6 consists of a rear face 6b and a front face 6a connected by a roof 61 at their upper ends.

Their lower ends are connected by horizontal crosspieces 62 making it possible to solidify the structure 6 once it is in place.

The roof 61 makes it possible to close the top of the photo booth P. It is preferably in the form of an accordion part so that it can be folded easily. Such a single part is thus easily assembled and disassembled during the installation of the cabin P. It is also more easily transportable during movements of the cabin P to the various places of use. The roof 61 can however be manufactured in a different way, and be presented, for example, in the form of several profiles arranged together so as to reinforce the upper part of the structure 6. Profiles placed in the form of a star or a cross of reinforcements can for example be used.

In FIG. 2b, the rear face 6b is preferably made up of three horizontal bars 63b connected to each other by vertical bars 64b so as to form a ladder. This may possibly include a larger number if the user wishes to have a more rigid structure 6. The bars 63b and bars 64b are in the form of profiles which may have a circular, square, rectangular section ... They have a diameter between 1 cm and 5 cm and a length varying from 80 cm to 2 m depending on the dimensions of P cabin desired. These structural elements 63b, 64b are made of a rigid and resistant material, such as, for example, metal such as aluminum or stainless steel, or plastic such as, for example, polystyrene, polyethylene, etc.

The horizontal bars 63b and the vertical bars 64b forming the rear face 6b are secured to each other by means of temporary fasteners of known type. This fixing means can for example be a self-locking system in the form of a retractable male part placed on the end of a first bar 63b or bar 64b, and adapted to be housed in a female part located at the end of a second bar 63b or bar 64b. The means can, more precisely, be in the form of a stop pin secured to a press button. Pressing the pressure button unlocks the pin and therefore separates the

-8 bars 63b and / or bars 64b. By releasing the press button, the pin locks and allows a secure and non-removable assembly.

In a preferred embodiment, the removable structure 6 is equipped with fixing means in the form of devices for assembling bars 64b and / or bars 63b. This device can, for example, be in the form of a T, in linear form, or even in the form of a three-dimensional angle. In FIG. 1, the assembly devices 640 make it possible to connect two vertical bars 64b and a horizontal bar 63b. The assembly devices 641 connect a vertical bar 64b, a horizontal bar 63b and one of the roof profiles 61.

In FIG. 2a, the front face 6a of the removable structure 6 comprises a device for storing the cabin P. This device is composed of a lower storage box 1 and an upper storage box 2. These two boxes 1 , 2 are an integral part of the structure 6 and thus allow a considerable saving of space, making the cabin P more easily transportable. When the cabin P is mounted, the boxes 1, 2 are connected by four similar vertical bars 64a, preferably having a shorter length, to the vertical bars 64b described above for the rear face 6b of the structure 6. Preferably, the front face 6a also comprises profiles 63a coming to attach the upper ends of the vertical bars 64a to each other and thus form a support making it possible to place the upper storage box 2. However, to simplify the removable structure 6 and limit the number of elements to be stored, the upper storage box 2 can be installed directly on the vertical bars 64a without using profiles 63a.

In general, all the constituent elements of the removable structure 6 are secured to each other by means of temporary fasteners such as those described above. These means allow a quick and easy assembly of the photo booth P by a single user.

The upper storage box 2 has an upper face 21 and a lower face 22 connected by two side walls 23a, 23b and two transverse walls 24a, 24b. It has a length varying from 80 cm to 2 m depending on the dimensions of cabin P. Its thickness is between 10 cm and 40 cm and its width varies from 20 cm to 1 m. It is preferably made of a rigid and light material such as aluminum, stainless steel, or even plastic.

The lower storage box 1 is shown in detail in FIGS. 6 and 7. It has a technical compartment 14 and a storage compartment 15. The lower box 1 is composed of a bottom wall 10 and a cover 11. The front wall 12a and the rear wall 12b of said box 1 are connected to each other by side walls 13a, 13b. The lower box 1 has a width and a length equivalent to that of the upper storage box 2 described in the previous paragraph. Its width is between 20 cm and 1 m and its length varies from 80 cm to 2 m. The thickness of the lower storage box 1 is preferably greater than that of the upper storage box 2 so as to be able to accommodate all the necessary structural and technical elements. This thickness is between 20 cm and 60 cm.

The technical compartment 14 is preferably L-shaped and is adapted to accommodate all the technical elements necessary for the proper use of the cabin P. It is composed of two parts consisting of the L bar and its base. The bar of the L is in contact with the internal face of the front wall 12a of the box 1. It comprises all the technical elements being installed on the front wall 12a, preferably a computer 121a in which are stored all the data necessary for good operation of the cabin P. II also includes a device for obtaining images 143 such as a camera or even a camera, lamps 122a, a multimedia connection device 123a.

The base of the L constituting the second part of compartment 14 contains a printer 145 for printing users' photos in real time.

In a preferred embodiment, all the technical elements may possibly be contained in a watertight box making it possible to avoid any risk of humidity or in the event of user accidents. This box can for example be plastic, such as polystyrene, polyethylene or polymethyl methacrylate.

The technical compartment 14 includes a hatch 141 adapted so that the user can easily access said compartment 14 in the event of maintenance. This feature is particularly useful when cabin P is installed and access to the compartment can no longer be made by the cover

11. This hatch 141 is installed on the side wall 13a of the storage box 1. It gives the user the possibility of replacing the paper and the ink of the printer 145 without having to dismantle the photo booth P, thus allowing A great time saver. It may for example include a clipping system, springs or the like allowing it to be kept closed when it is not in use. It is preferably locked so as to avoid any unwanted use. It preferably has a rectangular shape but can also be square, round, elliptical ...

In FIG. 7, the side wall 13a is also equipped with an outlet 148 connected to the outlet of the printer 145 and allowing the photos to be distributed outside the booth P after printing. For more protection, this outlet 148 can optionally be equipped with a front panel made of a resistant material such as, for example, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polycarbonate, etc. In such a configuration, the maintenance hatch 141 can also include a bin 1450 connected to the printer and in which the photos are collected after being taken out by the outlet 148 before being collected by the user.

-11 In a preferred mode, the bin 1450 can be equipped with one or more presence sensors making it possible to illuminate it with lamps (LED, halogen or other), thus facilitating the recovery of the photos by the user.

The storage compartment 15 is L-shaped arranged symmetrically with respect to the L of the technical compartment 14. The bar of the L being adapted to be able to accommodate, during the disassembly of the cabin P, different elements of the structure 6 such as for example the vertical bars 64a, 64b and / or the horizontal bars 63a, 63b described above. The L bar extends over the entire length of the lower storage box 1 and has a length of between 80 cm and 2 m. Its width must be sufficient to accommodate several structural elements 63a, 63b, 64a, 64b and varies from 5 cm to 10 cm. The base of the L is square or rectangular and allows you to store different constituent elements of the cabin P, for example:

- tarpaulins 7a, 7b (described further in the description) of different sizes that can be installed on the removable structure 6 so as to dress the cabin P and improve its aesthetics,

- curtains that can be installed on the internal wall of the rear face 6b so as to have different backgrounds on the photos,

- electrical elements (described further on in the description) such as sockets, cables and electrical cords allowing the various technical elements 121a, 122a, 123a, 143, 145 to be connected and the cabin P to be operated once it has been installed .

The storage compartment 15 comprises an access hatch 151 adapted so that the user can easily access said compartment 15 even after installation of the cabin P. This hatch 151 is installed on the side wall 13b of the storage box 1. It can, as illustrated in Figure 151, open by performing a rotational movement around a vertical axis.

However, it could eventually open by making a movement of

-12 rotation around a horizontal axis placed on the upper or lower part of the hatch 151.

The front wall 12a of the box 1 is equipped with a screen 121a on which the user can see the pictures taken and choose the ones he wishes to print. This screen can also have other applications such as the possibility of decorating your photos or adding special effects. It is preferably tactile in order to facilitate its use and allow a saving of space. A keyboard, a mouse or the like can however also be used.

The front wall 12a can also be equipped with lamps 122a making it possible to modify the lighting inside the interior space during the various shots. These lamps 122a can be of different colors, sizes or even types. They can, for example, be in the form of LED (light-emitting diode) lamps, halogen lamps, or even fluorescent lamps. In the appended figures, the front wall 12a comprises two lamps 122a, it can possibly comprise only one or comprise a greater number of them.

In the appended figures, the front wall 12a also includes a multimedia connection device 123a. This device 123a can, for example, include one or more USB sockets, one or more card readers SD, mini SD, micro SD ... This device 123a allows the user to save the photos and / or the films obtained with the device for obtaining images 143 on the support it wishes.

In FIG. 4, the storage box 1 has rollers 17 allowing the user to move the storage device more easily when the photo booth P is dismantled and stored. These rollers 17 are attached to the bottom wall 10 by means such as glue, nails or screws.

In a preferred embodiment, the bottom wall 10 of the storage box 1 is also equipped with a foldable support frame 16 which has elements forming a foot and which can tilt from a folded position to an unfolded position, and Conversely. This chassis 16 also has a blocking mechanism making it possible to block it in the unfolded position and thus keep the storage box 1 in the high position when the photo booth P is mounted. The chassis 16 can be fixed to this base 65a during the installation of the cabin P so as to block it a little better in position and consequently further improve its rigidity and solidity.

In a preferred embodiment, the base 65a is integral with the foldable support frame 16. It is attached to one of the elements forming a tilting leg between the folded position and the unfolded position. Thus, the legs of the chassis 16 are in the locked position in the base 65a when it is in the unfolded position. FIGS. 3a to 3f describe the process for dismantling the cabin P. This process includes the steps consisting in:

- remove the upper storage box 2 to obtain the photo booth P shown in FIG. 3a;

- Remove the roof 61 by uninstalling it from the vertical bars 64b on the rear face 6b and the vertical bars 64a from the front face 6a (Figure 3b). The roof 61 is stored in the upper storage box 2;

- remove the rear face 6b of the removable structure 6 as well as the bench 3 (Figure 3c). The horizontal bars 63b and the elements of the bench 3 are stored in the upper storage box 2, while the vertical bars 64b are stored in the L-shaped part of the storage compartment 15 of the lower storage box 1;

- remove the different vertical bars 64a and the transverse bars 63a forming the front face 6a of the removable structure 6 (Figures 3d, 3e and 3f), the vertical bars 64a are stored in the L-shaped part of the storage compartment 15 of the box 1 while the transverse bars are inserted in the upper storage box 2;

- store the horizontal crosspieces 62 in the upper storage box 2;

- once the last bars of the structure 6 have been stored in the storage compartment 1, the foldable support frame 16 can be tilted in the folded position so as to obtain the storage box 1 shown in FIG. 4.

In a preferred embodiment, the cover 11 of the lower storage box 1 comprises at least one female part into which is inserted a complementary male part positioned on the lower face 22 of the upper storage box 2. In general , any way

-15 of nesting can be used so as to join the two storage boxes 1, 2 to facilitate transport and avoid any fall that can damage the elements of the structure 6.

The cabin P can be fitted with tarpaulins 7a, 7b enabling the removable structure 6 to be dressed and improving the aesthetic side of said cabin P. In FIG. 5, a tarpaulin 7a is installed on part of the rear face 6b of the structure while tarpaulins 7b are installed on the lateral parts of the front wall 6a. These tarpaulins 7a, 7b can be attached in different ways, a rail system can for example be provided at the profiles 63a, 63b, 65a forming the structure 6 so as to slide the ends of each of the tarpaulins. One can however have simpler means such as for example, clips, glue, nails or even staples.

The photo booth P can also be fitted with angles (can be stored in compartment 15 of the lower storage box 1). These can, for example, be installed at the level of the various bars 63a, 63b and bars 64a, 64b, preferably embedded on the different profiles so as to improve the aesthetic appearance of the cabin P. They can also be used for tensioning the tarpaulins 7a, 7b described in the preceding paragraph after their installation.

The arrangement of the various elements and / or means and / or steps of the invention, in the embodiments described above, should not be understood as requiring such an arrangement in all implementations. In any event, it will be understood that various modifications can be made to these elements and / or means and / or stages, without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. In particular :

- The hatches 141, 151 can be placed elsewhere than on the side walls 13a, 13b as described above. They can for example be placed on the rear wall 12b or on the front wall 12a of the box 1;

- The order of the steps of the disassembly process described above may be different, the front face 6a could for example be disassembled first, then the rear face 6b;

- The placement of the various constituent elements of the structure 6 can be placed differently, the sections 64a, 64b, 63a, 63b, 65a, can for example be placed in the upper storage box 2 or in the lower storage box 1;

the means for fitting the two storage boxes 1, 2 can be replaced by any temporary connection means, one can imagine the use of a hook and loop system of Velcro® type, with press studs, etc ...;

- the tarpaulins 7a, 7b can be replaced by other types of covering of the cabin P, such as sheets, or even posters;

- the photo booth P can include a location for an RFID reader (identification by radio frequency) enabling the photo booth P to be switched on and off using contactless technology;

- The compartments 14, 15 of the lower storage box 1 and the upper storage box 2 may include shelves and / or partitions making it possible to divide said compartments 14, 15 or box 2 into several sub-compartments;

- the photo booth P can be fitted with curtain rods of a known type. They can be telescopic or not, and are installed on some of the bars 63a, 63b described above. They can be fixed in different ways, for example using suction cups or a Velcro® type hook and loop system. They can also be fitted with a threaded rod which is screwed into threads integrated in the bars 63a, 63b. Such a configuration makes it possible to further solidify the structure 6;

- the upper storage box 2 can also be fitted with rollers so that it can be rolled on a surface or in the boot of a car.

Claims 1. Removable and transportable photo booth (P) defining an interior space (5) composed of a front face (6a) and a rear face (6b) and comprising the constituent elements consisting of: - a removable structure (6) composed of structural elements (61, 62, 63a, 63b, 64b) which can be connected with one another, the removable structure (6) being adapted to be dismantled and / or assembled in several assembly steps, - technical elements composed of an image obtaining device (143), a computer (121a) and a printer (145), said cabin (P) being adapted to be stored in a storage device adapted to contain all the constituent elements of the cabin (P), characterized in that the removable structure (6) further comprises the storage device, said device being composed of an upper storage box (2) and a lower storage box (1), said lower box (1) being composed of a bottom wall (10) and a cover (11) and formed of a front wall (12a) and a rear wall ( 12b) connected by side walls (13a, 13b), which box (1) has two separate compartments (14, 15): - a technical compartment (14) comprising all the technical elements (143, 121a, 142) of the photo booth (P), an access (141) to the technical compartment (14) being arranged so as to be able to carry out the maintenance of said booth (P), said technical elements (143, 121a, 142) being able to be used at any time during the assembly steps, - a storage compartment (15) adapted to contain elements constituting the structure of the photo booth, an access (151) to the storage compartment (15) being arranged in one of the walls (12a, 12b, 13a, 13b) of the box (1). 2. Photo booth according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that one of the side walls (13a, 13b) is equipped with a maintenance hatch constituting access (141) to the technical compartment (14). 8. Photo booth according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that one of the side walls (13a, 13b) is equipped with an access (148) to a printer placed in the technical compartment (14). 9. Photo booth according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that one of the side walls (13a, 13b) is equipped with a storage hatch constituting the access (151) to the storage compartment (15) . 10. Photo booth according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the constituent elements of the removable structure (6) consist of several profiles (63a, 64a, 63b, 64b, 65a) interlocking in the others so as to form said structure (6). 11. Photo booth according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the removable structure (6) comprises a bench (3) positioned in the interior space (5). 12. Photo booth according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the side walls (13a, 13b) of the lower storage box (2) are equipped with handles. 13. Photo booth according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the bottom wall (10) of the lower storage box (1) is equipped with rollers (17), adapted to easily move said storage box lower (1). 14.
