L'invention concerne un couvercle (1) pour récipient (2) susceptible de contenir un liquide alcoolisé, comprenant : - des moyens d'assemblage et de désassemblage (3) sur le récipient ; - une ouverture (4) de déversement du contenu du récipient ; - des moyens d'obturation (5) de l'ouverture, - un moteur (6) couplé aux moyens d'obturation ; - un débitmètre (7) couplé à l'ouverture ; - un capteur à éthanol (8) gazeux ; - un microprocesseur (90) apte à actionner la fermeture de l'ouverture lorsqu'une alcoolémie théorique atteint une limite d'alcoolémie prédéterminée.
