Abstract

Procédé d'amélioration du transfert thermique local dans un autoclave ou une étuve (100) comportant une enceinte (10) dans laquelle circule un gaz, et un moule (11) dans lequel est fabriquée une pièce structurale (12), ledit procédé comprenant une étape préliminaire (200) de mise en place de ladite pièce structurale dans ledit moule, et caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape (201a) d'installation, au voisinage de la pièce structurale (12), d'un dispositif turbulateur (15) qui augmente localement la turbulence d'un écoulement de gaz le traversant, une étape (202a) de positionnement du moule (11) et de la pièce structurale (12) à un emplacement déterminé dans l'enceinte (10) de l'autoclave, et une étape (300) d'exécution du cycle de cuisson de l'autoclave (100) adapté à la pièce structurale (12).
