Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une conduite flexible pour le transport d'un fluide. Selon l'invention, on réalise les étapes suivantes : - réaliser une structure tissée de base ayant une forme tubulaire, ou sensiblement tubulaire, suivant une première armure, - insérer au cours du tissage de ladite structure tissée de base, des fils supplémentaires, lesquels sont des fils rapportés par rapport à ladite première armure, lesdits fils supplémentaires formant des supports d'enduction, - lesdits fils supplémentaires étant liés, ou pris, régulièrement ou non, à ladite structure tissée de base suivant une seconde armure, ladite seconde armure est choisie pour définir, pour chaque fil supplémentaire, des zones de flottés dans lesquelles ledit fil supplémentaire correspondant est laissé en étant placé extérieurement à ladite structure tissée de base pour recouvrir localement celle-ci, - recouvrir l'ensemble ainsi obtenu au moyen d'une composition d'enduction et durcir ladite composition.The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a flexible pipe for the transport of a fluid.
