Abstract
On décrit un procédé de préparation du matériau comprenant au moins une zéolithe Beta dont les cristaux se présentent sous la forme de nano boites creuses, et au moins une ou plusieurs nanoparticule(s) métallique(s), la ou lesdites nanoparticule(s) métallique(s) étant située(s) à la fois sur la surface interne desdits nano boites et à l'intérieur des parois desdites nano boites creuses, le procédé comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes : i) la synthèse d'un zincosilicate microporeux CIT-6 de type structural *BEA ii) l'introduction de nanoparticules métalliques dans les cristaux de CIT-6 obtenues à l'issue de l'étape i), iii) le mélange dans une solution aqueuse des cristaux de CIT-6 obtenus à l'étape ii) avec au moins une source d'un oxyde XO2, au moins une source d'un oxyde Y2O3, et au moins une source d'au moins un métal alcalin et/ou alcalino-terreux M de valence n, n étant un entier supérieur ou égal à 1 pour obtenir un gel, le traitement hydrothermal du gel obtenu à l'issue de l'étape iii), à une température comprise entre 110°C et 180°C, de préférence entre130°C et 60° C, pendant une durée comprise entre 1 jours et 5 jours, de préférence entre 1 et 3 jours, pour synthétiser une zéolithe beta dont les cristaux se présentent sous la forme de nano boites creuses, et dans laquelle la ou lesdites nanoparticule(s) métallique(s) sont située(s) à la fois sur la surface interne des nano boites creuses et à l'intérieur de la cavité desdites nano boites creuses.A process for preparing the material comprising at least one Beta zeolite whose crystals are in the form of hollow nano-boxes, and at least one or more metallic nanoparticles, said nanoparticle (s) metal (s) being located at the same time on the inner surface of said nano boxes and inside the walls of said hollow nano boxes, the process comprising at least the following steps: i) the synthesis of a microporous zinc silicate CIT- 6 of structural type * BEA ii) the introduction of metal nanoparticles in the CIT-6 crystals obtained at the end of step i), iii) the mixing in an aqueous solution of the CIT-6 crystals obtained at the end of step ii) with at least one source of an oxide XO2, at least one source of a oxide Y2O3, and at least one source of at least one alkali metal and / or alkaline earth metal M of valence n, n being an integer greater than or equal to 1 to obtain a gel, the hydrothermal treatment gel obtained at the end of step iii), at a temperature of between 110 ° C. and 180 ° C., preferably between 130 ° C. and 60 ° C., for a duration of between 1 days and 5 days, preferably between 1 and 3 days, to synthesize a beta zeolite whose crystals are in the form of hollow nano boxes, and wherein the one or more metal nanoparticles are located on the inner surface at the same time hollow nano boxes and inside the cavity of said hollow nano boxes.
