Médicament oral comprenant un laxatif osmotique incorporé dans une matrice à base de matières grasses végétales La présente invention se rapporte à une composition pharmaceutique orale comprenant : - entre 30 et 55% en poids de ladite composition pharmaceutique de macro gol micronisé et anhydre ; et - entre 45 et 70% en poids de la composition pharmaceutique d'un véhicule constitué d'un enrobage lipidique anhydre et hydrophobe à base de composé gras d'origine végétale ayant un point de fusion compris entre 36 et 38°C, et à son utilisation comme laxatif.
