Abstract

Tampoco se conocen módulos para trillado que se puedan modificar fácilmente para el trillado de granos y/o semillas encapsulados en cáscaras y/o cubiertas de alta complejidad y para el trillado de granos y/o semillas encapsulados en cáscaras y/o cubiertas de baja complejidad. La presente solicitud divulga un módulo para trillado de máquina cosechadora de cultivos vegetales que incluye un rotor de trillado y al menos una pared cóncava de trillado. Dicho rotor de trillado provee al menos un elemento de fricción compuesto de al menos un cuerpo estructural recubierto, al menos parcialmente, por una capa externa, estando dicho cuerpo estructural confeccionado en un primer material y la capa externa confeccionada en un segundo material; dicho segundo material utilizado para la confección de la capa externa es sustancialmente mas resiliente y flexible que el primer material utilizado para la confección del cuerpo estructural. La pared cóncava de trillado comprende al menos una estructura de montaje y al menos una placa modular de fricción, siendo posible anexar de manera selectiva y/o remover de manera selectiva dicha placa modular de fricción en relación a la estructura de montaje, por medio de la introducción y/o remoción de los medios de traba, respectivamente.This application refers to the technological field of agricultural equipment in general.
