Abstract

The present invention relates to a rack (Ct) provided with corrugated tubes (Tl) arranged horizontally in the position of installation of said rack, to form locations for horizontally carrying bottles (Bo) of wine. According to the invention, an identification system is associated with the rack, the identification system comprising: - label strips (Rtq) fixed on the corrugated tubes (T1) front, each strip holder (Rtq) comprising a wafer (Pq) positioned at the right of said location, said wafer being intended to receive a label (Tql) provided for identifying a location, - label caps (Ctq) intended to be fixed on the necks of the bottles (Bo), each label cap (Ctq) comprising a plate (Pq) for receiving a label (Tq2) provided to identify, in particular, a type of bottle, its contents, its owner. The label holders and the label caps make it possible to identify in a bin the locations of the bottles, information relating to each bottle (type, content, owner, etc.). According to the invention, an identification system is associated with the locker, the identification system comprising:

By using labels, it becomes possible to computerize the movements of entry and exit of the bottles in the rack.

The present invention relates to a storage rack provided with a bottle identification system, a storage box including at least one such rack.

To store wine, it is known to use a clay or buried cellar which has the advantage of maintaining a relatively constant wine storage temperature. In principle, a relatively large number of bottles can be stored there. You can still use a wine cabinet powered by the sector and with a more modest storage capacity. You can still go to your cellar to buy a bottle duly kept at home in good conditions.

On the basis of this observation, the applicant sought a solution to make available to a client a selection of bottles of wine stored under ideal conditions of conservation. The invention involves a partnership with a wine merchant.

For this purpose, there is provided a rack provided with corrugated tubes arranged horizontally in the installation position of said rack, to form locations intended to carry bottles of wine horizontally; according to the invention, an identification system is associated with the locker, the identification system comprising:

- label holder strips fixed to the front corrugated tubes, each label holder strip comprising a plate positioned in line with said location, said plate being intended to receive a label intended to identify a location,

- label holder caps intended to be fixed to the necks of bottles, each label holder cap comprising a plate intended to receive a label intended to identify, in particular, a type of bottle, its content, its owner.

The label holders and label holders allow, using labels, to identify the locations of the bottles in a rack, information relating to each bottle.

With these labels, it thus becomes possible to computerize the movements of entry and exit of the bottles in the rack.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the identification system comprises an inventory management software operated by a computer as well as an identifier reader of the barcode or QR code or RFID type, a first label provided with an identifier to identify a location available in said rack, a second label provided with an identifier to identify, in particular, a type of bottles, its content, its owner, the identification system being designed to create computer links by a scan between the first identification label of said location and the second identification label of said bottle or a scan of said second label.

Thus, it becomes easy to assign an available space for a particular bottle by scanning the two labels. The removal of the bottle and the removal of the computer link, by scanning the second label, frees the location of the bottle which becomes available again to receive another bottle. The bottle is out of stock.

According to an additional feature of the invention, the label holder strip consists of at least one clip intended to hang on a corrugated tube of the rack which is connected to a corresponding flat plate, said plate being bordered by flanges, arranged at level of its sides so as to allow the insertion and retention of said first label which can thus remain in place against the plate and being wedged between the flanges.

The label holder strip can thus have a label under the neck of a corresponding bottle.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, several label holder strips are assembled in line, each label holder strip being provided with pins present on an end plate constituting the label holder strip and which are retained in corresponding housings. provided in an end plate of another label holder strip arranged in its extension.

It is thus possible to have label-holder plates on the corrugated tubes, over the entire width of the rack.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the label holder cap is composed of a plurality of elastic fingers arranged in a crown around a corresponding flat plate, said plate being bordered by flanges, arranged at its sides so as to allow the insertion and retention of said second label which can thus remain in place against the wafer while being wedged between the edges, the fingers being sized to cap, by clipping, the corked neck of a bottle so that the label holder cap can be retained on said bottle.

The label holder cap can be easily mounted on the neck of a bottle.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, a box intended for storing and keeping bottles of wine, said box including at least one rack as described above, also forms part of the invention.

The locker (s) are stored in the box.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the box comprises a support structure covered externally by sandwich panels of thermal insulation.

The bottles of wine can thus be ideally stored in the racks stored in the box.

Advantageously, each thermal insulation panel is delimited, in particular, by two faces, respectively external and internal, made of a steel sheet, the panel being filled with a cellular foam of plastic material, the two said faces of said panel forming the two metal facings of said panel.

Thermal insulation panels are relatively resistant to puncture.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, one of the edges of each panel is provided longitudinally with a step which is capable of being housed in a longitudinal groove digging the opposite edge of another juxtaposed panel.

It is then possible to assemble two panels juxtaposed by interlocking.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, a recess is produced in the external face intended to be turned towards the outside and at the level of the high edge, a lip extending the external face at the level of the low edge of another juxtaposed panel.

It is thus possible to hide the heads of the fixing screws screwed in the recesses to pass through the thickness of the panels in order to take anchor in the support structure of the box.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the frame of a door is placed through panels constituting a side wall of the box, the door comprising a lock equipped with an electric strike controlled by a remote control.

Using the remote control, it is possible to block or unblock said piloted electric strike for either locking or unlocking said door.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the box is connected to an air conditioning system intended to maintain a constant temperature in the enclosure thereof.

A box 100 is shown during construction in FIG. 1. It is intended to contain and store bottles of wine under predefined temperature and humidity conditions. It should be erected inside a storage warehouse, on its soil S.

The box consists of a supporting structure Sp externally covered by thermal insulation panels Pn.

The supporting structure Sp consists of a plurality of posts Pt which rest vertically on the ground S by their low end and which are joined at their high end, by means of two beams Pr arranged parallel to one another. 'other. A plurality of sleepers Tv, four in number in this FIG. 1, bring together the two beams Pr. The crosspieces Tv are arranged parallel to one another. The beams Pr, as well as the crosspieces Tv constitute the framework of the support structure Sp. The design of this support structure does not require a central post, so that the entire surface on the ground is cleared inside the box 100.

Pt posts, Pr beams and Tv crosspieces are preferably made of galvanized steel to resist corrosion. The Pt posts rest on the warehouse floor S without being anchored in the slab, the warehouse screed.

In addition, it is not useful to suspend the framework from that of the warehouse.

Pn sandwich panels externally cover the supporting structure Sp, forming the side walls of the four sides of the box 100 and the upper covering wall of the frame.

They seal the lateral sides of the box 100 as well as the upper face of the frame of the box 100.

They are fixed on two of the external faces of the posts Pt to close the box 100 laterally as well as on the external face of the crosspieces Tv to close the frame.

In Fig. 2, the box 100 is presented with its Pn panels installed.

In Fig. 3, each panel Pn is formed by a flat wall and the two main faces Fe and Fi of which, respectively intended to be turned outwards and inwards, are made of a steel sheet. The wall is filled with an insulating material from a thermal point of view which is preferably a cellular foam of plastic material, typically a polyurethane foam. The panel is thus delimited by its two main faces Fe and Fi, a high edge Ch turned upwards in the position of installation of the panel and a low edge Cb. The two faces Fe and Fi form the two metal facings of the panel Pn. Its thickness is, for example, 100 mm and which is an interesting compromise between bulk and thermal insulation performance for a wine storage and aging cellar.

One of the edges and here the top edge Ch is provided longitudinally with a step Rd and which is capable of being housed in a longitudinal groove Rn digging the bottom edge Cb of another superimposed panel Pn. Thus, it is possible to assemble two panels juxtaposed by interlocking as suggested by arrow A. This situation is presented in FIG. 4.

Furthermore, a step De is produced in the external face Fe and at the top edge Ch and a lip Lv extends the external face Fe at the bottom edge Cb of the other panel Pn juxtaposed.

The Pn panels are fixed by screws on the posts, the crosspieces. The screws are preferably screwed in the recesses De to pass through the thickness of the panels and to take anchor in the posts, the sleepers. In Fig. 3, the axis of the screws is symbolized by the axis line V. The heads of the screws are masked by the covering lip of a juxtaposed panel. The screws cannot be unscrewed.

The Pn panels are mounted in rows and in elevation from bottom to top. Under the first row of panels, a joint is arranged over its entire width of the row which provides sealing between the bottom edge of the panels and the slab constituting the warehouse floor. This first row of panels is fixed by screwing on the posts, then a second row of panels is fitted onto the first row and they are also fixed by screwing. The fixing screws of the first row of panels are then hidden. In this way, all the rows of panels forming the side walls of the box 100 are fixed. Then other panels are fixed to the frame to completely cover it.

In Fig. 4, a seal Jt is interposed between the recess and the lip to make the junction of two juxtaposed panels perfectly sealed.

In Fig. 2, to allow access to the interior of the box 100, the frame of a door Pe has been placed through panels Pn constituting a side wall of the box 100.

The door Pe comprises a lock Vr equipped with an electric strike controlled by a remote control capable of blocking or unlocking said controlled electric strike for either locking or unlocking said door.

The metal facings of the panels, the fixing screws that remain hidden, the remote control strike, slow a potential intrusion of thieves into the enclosure of the box 100.

In an interesting embodiment, the dimensions of the box are as follows: 5 mx 8 mx 2.40 m. Its internal volume is around 90 m ³ .

An air conditioning system is connected to the box 100 to maintain a constant temperature in the enclosure thereof which approximates a set temperature, for example between 12 and 14 ° C. Similarly, the air conditioning system is able to maintain a constant humidity level in the enclosure of the box 100.

The air conditioning system is preferably of the air / air type. It includes a refrigerant circuit, a heat exchanger, a compressor, a pump, as well as a control unit connected, in particular, to a control thermostat. The operation of the air conditioner is reversible for either extracting calories from the enclosure or supplying it. The air conditioning system comes, for example, from the company Winemaster ®.

The assembly of the box 100 can be carried out in one day. The disassembly of the box 100 is just as fast and its implementation is carried out without degrading the structure of the warehouse.

A relatively low-power lighting system, suitable for storing wine, is also installed in the box.

Wine racks are installed in the enclosure of the box to support wine bottles, alcohol bottles and keep them. They are fixed on the walls of the box or positioned in the central part by being fixed on suspended partitions. An example of such a bottle rack Ct is presented in FIG. 5.

It consists of four feet P1-P4, erected vertically in the pause position of said rack, joined on the one hand, by connecting crosspieces Tn arranged parallel to each other and, on the other hand, by corrugated tubes Tl arranged parallel to each other, capable of carrying respectively the neck and the base of bottles Bt. The connecting crosspieces Tn join the left lateral feet PI, P3, the right lateral feet P2, P4, while the corrugated tubes Tl meet the front feet PI, P2, the back feet P3, P4. They are arranged in superimposed rows of pairs of corrugated Tl tubes front and back so that the bottles can be carried in an almost horizontal position of good conservation.

In the invention, and in FIG. 6, Rtq label holder strips are retained on the front corrugated tubes T1 and the usefulness of which is presented below.

Each Rtq label holder strip is made up, in FIG. 7, at least one clip Cp intended to hang on a corrugated tube of the rack, from below, and which is connected to a flat plate Pq intended to hold a label Tql. Fa plate Pq is bordered by rims Rb, some of which are notched, arranged at two of its sides and another rim forming a stop, so as to allow the insertion and retention of a label Tql which can thus remain in place against the plate Pq and being wedged between the edges, as suggested by arrow F. Preferably and as it appears in this FIG. 7, the label holder strip Rtq can comprise several clips Cp and several plates Pq.

Several Rtq label holder strips can be assembled in line as shown in Fig. 8. Each Rtq label holder strip is for this purpose provided with pins Pc present on an end plate constituting the Rtq label holder strip and which are capable of being retained in corresponding housings provided in an end plate. another label holder strip arranged in its extension. This assembly allows labels to be fitted to all the locations of the bottles across the width of the rack.

Fes label holders Rtq assembled in line are fixed by their clip on the corrugated tube Tl by being suspended almost vertically as shown in Fig. 6. They can also switch, by rotation, between an almost vertical position of the plates to see the labels located below corresponding bottles Bo placed on the corrugated tubes of the racks and an almost horizontal position of the plates, visible in the lower part of the Ct rack. We can thus show the neck of a bottle above a corresponding label or facilitate the removal of a bottle located in the lower row, when the Rtq label holders are arranged horizontally, as suggested arrow R.

A Ctq label cap is shown in Figs. 9 and 10. It is intended to cap the corked neck of a bottle. It is composed in these Figs.

The functions of the label holder strip and the label holder cap, of their respective labels as well as the use of the box of the invention are now presented.

Each label that should be used with a label holder strip contains the following information, the label bearing the reference Tql:

The information is transcribed in the form of a barcode according to the EAN protocol or a square code according to the QR code protocol (ISO 18004) and which is printed on the label. In a first variant embodiment, this information is transcribed in the form of a square code according to the QR code protocol (iso 18004). In a second variant embodiment, this information is transcribed into an RFID electronic component present in the label.

The information is transcribed in the form of a barcode according to the EAN protocol or a square code according to the QR code protocol (ISO 18004) and which is printed on the label. In a first variant embodiment, this information is transcribed in the form of a square code according to the QR code protocol (iso 18004). In a second variant embodiment, this information is transcribed into an RFID electronic component present in the label.

The use of the box of the invention is as follows:

A company exploits the use of such a box. She works with wine merchants who offer their customers a quick supply service for wine bottles. A wine merchant can thus sell to a customer without a buried cellar or wine cabinet, a selection of wine bottles and which he will keep on racks stored in a box until his customer wishes to consume, for example for a birthday, a bottle of wine.

The bottles purchased from the wine merchant or one of its suppliers are transported and stored in the racks stored in a box operated by the company.

The company uses a system to identify the different bottles entering and leaving the storage container. It makes it possible to record the movements of entry and exit.

The identification system includes, in particular, inventory management software operated by a computer as well as a barcode or QR code or RFID identifier reader (acronym for radio frequency identification in English). The inventory management software is preferably installed on a laptop, a digital tablet. It is capable of communicating with a recorded database, for example on a computer server. The identification system also includes the Rtq label strips, Tql labels, Ctq label caps, Tq2 labels.

This equipment is used by an operator to perform the following operations:

An operator records the name of the owner of a bottle and the reference of the bottle in the software. This information may have been previously recorded with the software in the database to be selected in a viewing window offered by the software. He prints the Tq2 label which he slips into a Ctq label holder cap. This is placed on the neck of the bottle.

The operator questions the software to request an available location in a locker of a box. The software offers a free location and indicates its coordinates.

The operator goes into the box, looks for the space available in a locker. Labels Tql have been previously inserted in the plates Pq of the label holder strips Rtq to define the locations of the bottles in the racks and in the boxes.

He deposits the bottle in the available location. Using its identifier reader, it scans the two labels Tql and Tq2 to assign said location to said bottle. By creating this computer link, we identify the box, the rack and the location of the bottle in the rack. The occupied location is no longer available in the database.

These operations are carried out for all the bottles stored in the box (es).

When a customer wishes to consume a bottle of wine. It uses a dependent internet application put online by the company. He selects the said bottle in the application and specifies a date and time of withdrawal as well as a place of delivery, at his cellar or at home. This information is transmitted in a master internet application managed by the company.

An operator removes the bottle from the locker and uses his ID reader to scan the Tq2 label to remove it from the stock. The location becomes physically available again.

By thus creating this computer link, the location of the bottle becomes available again in the database and the bottle is removed from the stock of the database. The label holder cap is removed and the Tq2 label is destroyed. The location is immediately made available again. The bottle is delivered, for example by express courier, following the instructions of the client or the partnership between the wine merchant and his clients. Another identical bottle is ordered, if this choice has been made by the customer. Billing software is associated with inventory management software to bill the services rendered to the customer as well as the bottles of wine purchased.

The storage locker provided with a bottle identification system of the invention greatly simplifies the work of assigning the locations of bottles in a locker, of the owners of said bottles.
