Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de protection (400) des données imprimées sur une zone de vernis d'un film de transfert d'une machine à transfert thermique comportant une tête thermique, le procédé de protection (400) comportant : - une étape de vernissage (402) au cours de laquelle la zone de vernis et une carte plastique avancent simultanément sous la tête thermique et au cours de laquelle la tête thermique chauffe pour déposer le vernis sur la carte plastique, générant une déformation du film de transfert au niveau d'un texte imprimé sur la carte plastique, - une étape de rembobinage (404) au cours de laquelle le film de transfert est rembobiné pour positionner la zone de vernis en amont de la tête thermique et la carte plastique est repositionnée en amont de la tête thermique, - une étape de brouillage (408) au cours de laquelle la zone de vernis et la carte plastique avancent simultanément sous la tête thermique et au cours de laquelle la tête thermique chauffe au niveau de la déformation selon un schéma de signes permettant de rendre la déformation illisible.
