L'invention propose un dispositif d'alerte et de maintenance (100) d'équipements réseau (21-22-23) d'une infrastructure réseau (20) d'un professionnel connectée à des équipements réseau (10) d'un client (1c) pour transmettre un signal réseau Selon l'invention, le dispositif comprend un module d'alerte et de maintenance (120) et un bouton d'alerte (110), le module comprenant : • Une alimentation électrique (121); • Un microcontrôleur (125) ; • Un premier émetteur/récepteur sans fil (132), relié au microcontrôleur (125), et capable d'émettre et de recevoir des données sur un réseau sans fil à faible consommation énergétique LPWAN/LPLAN ; le bouton d'alerte (110) étant programmé pour commander l'émission d'un message d'alerte adressé automatiquement au service client (31 b) via un réseau LPWAN.
