L'invention concerne un système (1) de traitement thermique d'un air d'un habitacle de véhicule automobile, dans lequel un circuit (13) d'air traité comprend au moins un conduit principal (14) d'air, le système (1) comprenant un dispositif de chauffage, de ventilation et/ou de climatisation de telle sorte que ledit air traité est un air chauffé et/ou un air pulsé et/ou un air climatisé. Le système (1) comprend au moins un conduit secondaire (17) d'air traité relié au conduit principal (14), le conduit secondaire (17) d'air traité comprenant un dispositif de diffusion (16) d'air apte à être agencé dans un encadrement structurel (2) d'au moins un élément (32) de toit et/ou de lunette arrière. L'invention concerne aussi un véhicule comportant un tel système.
