Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif multicouche (100) d'un moule (200) équipé d'un système de chauffage endogène (5) et d'un système de refroidissement, comprenant une structure multicouche (1) qui comporte une couche de surface et des couches de renfort en matériau composite, et une structure sandwich (16) agencée au dos (15) d'une couche de renfort et intégrant un échangeur thermique (17) configuré pour mettre en œuvre au moins une zone de refroidissement et participer à la structure mécanique dudit dispositif multicouche (100). L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif multicouche (100) d'un moule (200), celui incorporant les étapes suivantes : constitution d'une âme sandwich (18) déposée sur une surface de support (15), création d'un circuit de saignées (25) dans l'âme sandwich définissant au moins une zone de refroidissement, ajout d'inserts d'alimentation et d'échappement au niveau de l'entrée et de la sortie dudit circuit et dépose d'une couche de recouvrement de l'âme sandwich.
