L'invention porte sur un siège (1) de véhicule automobile comprenant une assise (10) et un dispositif (30) de fixation d'un extincteur (40), ledit dispositif de fixation (30) comprenant un logement (321) situé dans la partie avant de ladite assise (10), ledit logement (321) étant adapté pour recevoir l'extincteur (40), le dispositif de fixation (30) comprenant un élément mobile (33) adapté pour basculer entre une position fermée de recouvrement de l'extincteur (40) dans le logement (321) et une position ouverte adaptée pour permettre l'accès à l'extincteur (40).
