Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de mesure par courants de Foucault comprenant les étapes suivantes : A) fourniture d'au moins un capteur de champ magnétique (110) ; B) fourniture d'au moins un premier inducteur magnétique (120) pour générer un premier champ magnétique (B1) qui est, au niveau du capteur de champ magnétique (110), orienté selon une première direction de l'axe de détection (111) ; C) fourniture d'au moins un deuxième inducteur magnétique (130) configuré pour générer un deuxième champ magnétique (B2) qui est, au niveau du capteur de champ magnétique (110) orienté selon une deuxième direction de l'axe de détection (111) ; D) fournir un système d'alimentation de courant (140) (I1, I2); E) modification de la configuration du premier et du deuxième inducteur magnétique (120, 130) vis-à-vis du capteur de champ magnétique (110) et/ou du système d'alimentation de courant (140) de manière telle que la somme du premier et deuxième champ magnétique (B1+B2)) au niveau du capteur de champ magnétique (110) soit nulle, F) mesure par courants de Foucault d'un échantillon.
