L'invention concerne une instrumentation permettant la pose percutanée d'un implant et d'effectuer une injection au travers de cet implant. Selon l'invention, cette instrumentation est composée : - d'un tournevis-impacteur 1 évidé sur toute sa longueur L d'une lumière 121 dotée d'un taraudage mécanique rapide 111, appelé à recevoir une canule d'injection 2 ; sa partie proximale 11 comporte deux gorges coudées 110 appelées à recevoir les ergots 310 de la poignée 3, - d'une canule d'injection 2 dotée d'un embout spécifique 23 ; la mesure depuis le sommet de son filetage mécanique rapide 211 jusqu'à l'origine de son tronc de cône 23 est de longueur L ; sa partie proximale 21 comporte un filetage 211 appelé à se visser dans le taraudage 111 du tournevis-impacteur 1 et un embout d'adaptation 213 d'une tubulure d'injecteur quelconque, - d'une poignée 3 dont le manchon 31 comporte deux ergots 310 appelés à s'insérer dans les gorges 110 du tournevis 1 et le manche 32 est évidé d'une lumière 321 appelée à recevoir le téton 42 du heaume 4 et de deux tunnels 322 appelés à recevoir la tige 51 de la clef 5, - d'un heaume 4 composé d'un dôme 41 sur lequel peut être exercée une pression manuelle et d'un téton 42 devant s'insérer dans la lumière 321 de la poignée 3, - d'une clef 5 dont la tige 51, appelée à s'insérer dans les tunnels 322 de la poignée 3, est entrainée par une action manuelle sur le manche préhenseur 52.
