Abstract

SENSOR DEVICE A sensor device 1 includes: a rod member 1 including an axially extending fluid passage 13 into which fluid flows; a sheath pipe 41 thinner than the gas passage 13, inserted in the gas passage 13 with a distal end thereof being located inside the gas passage 13, and configured to detect a temperature of the fluid; an insert 25 configured to fix a proximal end of the sheath pipe 41; and retention members 31 and 35 configured to retain the distal end of 10 the sheath pipe 41.
