La présente invention concerne un compresseur électrique (1) comportant un arbre (6) entrainé en rotation par un moteur électrique (5) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un roulement (7), l'arbre entrainant en rotation une roue (3) de compresseur, le roulement (7) étant disposé entre le moteur électrique et la roue (3) de compresseur, comportant un système (41) de protection thermique pour au moins un roulement (7) disposé entre une plaque (81) arrière du compresseur et la roue (3), le système (41) de protection thermique étant fixé au compresseur.
