Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de pigments par des cellules capables de photosynthèse, selon lequel on cultive lesdites cellules dans des conditions appropriées à leur développement, pour obtenir une biomasse, le procédé comprenant une étape de surproduction desdits pigments selon laquelle on applique auxdites cellules une puissance lumineuse normalisée par rapport à la biomasse sèche, prédéterminée, ladite puissance lumineuse, exprimée en µmoles de photons par gramme de ladite biomasse sèche et par seconde, étant d'au moins 2 µmoles.g -1.s-1 et d'au plus 200 µmoles.g -1.s-1.
