Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de préparation de nano-objets constitués d’une coque et d’un cœur aqueux, appelés hybridosomes, comprenant au moins : (i) une étape de formation de gouttes sphériques stables d’un solvant organique dans de l’eau en l’absence de surfactants; ledit solvant organique et l’eau étant miscibles; (ii) une étape d’auto-assemblage de nanoparticules inorganiques hydrophobes à la surface des gouttes sphériques de la solution définie en (i); (iii) une étape d’addition de chaînes de polymère à la surface des gouttes sphériques obtenues en (ii) ; (iv) une étape d’élimination du solvant organique.
- 2. Procédé de préparation d’hybridosomes selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la solution aqueuse comprend de plus de 0% à 30% vol. d’un solvant organique; de préférence, la solution aqueuse comprend 20% vol. d’un solvant organique.
- 3. Procédé de préparation d’hybridosomes selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel le solvant organique est le tétrahydrofurane (THF).
- 4. Procédé de préparation d’hybridosome selon Tune quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l’élimination du solvant organique est menée par évaporation.
- 5. Nano-objet, appelé hybridosome, ayant: (a) un cœur aqueux dont le volume est de 500 000 à 40 000 000 nm3; (b) et une coque hybride comprenant : des nanoparticules inorganiques hydrophobes, fonctionnalisées ou non; de préférence, des nanoparticules magnétiques ; et des chaînes de polymère organique; ledit hybridosome ayant un diamètre moyen compris dans une gamme allant de 50 nm à 400 nm.
- 6. Hybridosome selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les nanoparticules inorganiques hydrophobes sont choisies parmi des nanoparticules d’oxydes de fer, des nanoparticules d’or, des « quantum dots » ou leurs combinaisons.
- 7. Hybridosome selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, dans lequel les chaînes de polymère organique sont choisies parmi des chaînes de polymère hydrophiles et biocompatibles.
- 8. Hybridosome selon la revendication 7, dans lequel les chaînes de polymère organique sont choisies parmi le poly(acide acrylique), la poly(vinylpyrrolidone) ou le poly(éthylèneglycol)-co-poly(acide acrylique).
- 9. Utilisation des hybridosomes selon les revendications 5 à 8, dans le domaine de l’imagerie et/ou dans le domaine biomédical.
- 10. Utilisation des hybridosomes selon la revendication 9, comme agents de contraste.
