Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de transport (1) d'au moins une préparation alimentaire (2) en forme de chausson, c'est à dire une préparation comportant une tranche de support revêtue d'une garniture, cette tranche étant repliée sur elle-même de sorte qu'elle affecte, vue de dessus, approximativement la forme d'une demi-lune avec un bord droit (20) et un bord curviligne (21), ledit chausson présentant une épaisseur nominale "e", - ce dispositif comportant au moins un ensemble (E) de convoyage constitué d'une paire de convoyeurs (3, 4) sans fin parallèles, respectivement supérieur et inférieur, chaque convoyeur (3, 4) étant formé d'une série de courroies parallèles (7a-7n) et élastiquement déformables (30, 31 ; 40, 41), ainsi que de rouleaux d'extrémités de renvoi (32, 42), les convoyeurs (3, 4) d'un même ensemble (E) étant situés au-dessus l'un de l'autre, - ladite paire de convoyeurs (3, 4) ménageant entre eux un couloir longitudinal (C) de transport de ladite au moins une préparation alimentaire (2), de hauteur est légèrement inférieure à ladite épaisseur nominale, couloir (C) au sein duquel cette préparation est "emprisonnée" entre le brin inférieur (31) du convoyeur supérieur (3) et le brin supérieur (40) du convoyeur inférieur (4) de sorte qu'elle est entrainée et déplacée d'une extrémité amont (AM) vers une extrémité aval (AV) de l'ensemble de convoyage (E), Caractérisé par le fait que ledit convoyeur supérieur (3) se termine avant ledit convoyeur inférieur (4), c'est à dire que ledit convoyeur inférieur (4) comporte une région d'extrémité aval (AV) au-dessus de laquelle le convoyeur supérieur (3) n'est plus présent
