Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil électronique (18) d'assistance d'un pilote d'aéronef. L'aéronef (10) comporte des équipements avioniques (12) mettant en œuvre des capacités opérationnelles (14) et un système de surveillance (16) configuré pour déterminer des informations de surveillance à partir des capacités opérationnelles et de paramètres de fonctionnement des équipements avioniques. L'appareil d'assistance comprend un module d'acquisition (26) configuré pour acquérir les informations de surveillance et un module de détection d'anomalie (28) configuré pour détecter au moins une anomalie parmi une panne d'équipement avionique et une défaillance de capacité opérationnelle, à partir des informations de surveillance et de règles de détection d'anomalie contenues dans une base de données (30). L'appareil d'assistance comprend un module d'inférence (32) configuré pour identifier, pour chaque anomalie, une ou plusieurs causes susceptibles d'avoir provoqué ladite anomalie, en fonction de relations entre pannes et défaillances, les relations étant contenues dans la base de données.
