FR2951926 discloses a prefabricated modular enclosure for installing a "self-contained stand-alone bathroom" which is very demanding in terms of maintenance and which, if necessary, does not solve the problem of accessibility since it neglects the aesthetic aspect.

The present invention proposes a new approach to design and make a "Bathroom" or more generally to create a "Bathroom Area".

We mean a "Bathroom Area"; a place; in its different forms; accommodating three sanitary facilities ensuring by their use the cleanliness and hygiene recommended for the entire human body.

The present invention is based on the fact of totally dissociating between; on the one hand; the walls of the bathroom and; on the other hand; the technical side with all the sanitary equipment and facilities characterizing it.

According to a first observation; this dissociation gives the possibility of bringing together the constituent elements of said technical side in a single place; away from existing walls in a bathroom.
