Abstract

Un dispositif lumineux pour véhicule automobile comporte une source de lumière (1) à semi-conducteur, comprenant une pluralité de bâtonnets électroluminescents (8) de dimensions submillimétriques, et une optique (2) adaptée pour imager la source de lumière à l'extérieur du véhicule. La source de lumière comprend au moins une première zone (34) et une deuxième zone (36) de bâtonnets activables sélectivement, le dispositif étant configuré pour alimenter les deux zones par un même courant électrique, les deux zones étant configurées de telle sorte qu'elles ont une luminance différente l'une de l'autre lorsqu'elles sont alimentées par le même courant électrique, l'optique de projection étant commune aux deux zones.
