Abstract

La présente invenzione concerne un metodo (1) per ricercare perdite di una rete idrica. Detto metodo (1) comprende : ottenere dati di georeferenziazione di una rete idrica (blocco 11); acquisire, sulla base dei dati di georeferenziazione della rete idrica, immagini generate da sistemi di telerilevamento, in cui le immagini acquisite rappresentano una regione della superficie terrestre in cui si estende detta rete idrica (blocco 12); eseguire un'elaborazione delle immagini acquisite e dei dati di georeferenziazione della rete idrica e generare, sulla base dell'elaborazione eseguita, una mappa digitale georeferenziata che mostra detta rete idrica ed un contenuto di umidità del terreno nella regione in cui si estende detta rete idrica (blocco 13); e rilevare e localizzare una o più perdite della rete idrica sulla base della mappa digitale georeferenziata generata (blocco 14). Il metodo (1) è caratterizzato dal fatto di acquisire (blocco 12), da almeno una banca dati (3) che memorizza immagini della superficie terrestre generate da sistemi di telerilevamento, solamente immagini che rappresentano una regione della superficie terrestre in cui si estende la rete idrica e che sono state telerilevate con condizioni meteorologiche che soddisfano predefiniti requisiti meteorologici.
