Abstract
Le procédé d'extraction, de type liquide-liquide, de métabolites fermentaires produits par des microorganismes (M) dans un réacteur de fermentation (1) par fermentation anaérobie à partir de biomasse (S) fermentescible, comprend au moins les étapes suivantes : a) choisir un solvant d'extraction endogène parmi au moins un des acides carboxyliques produits lors de la fermentation anaérobie, b) mettre en contact (2) le solvant d'extraction choisi avec le milieu de fermentation, sans interruption de la fermentation, en dehors du réacteur de fermentation (1), - c) séparer (6) les métabolites fermentaires du solvant d'extraction par au moins une distillation, - d) collecter et stocker ou utiliser (14) les métabolites fermentaires obtenus à l'étape c). L'invention concerne également une installation de mise en œuvre du procédé.
