- Revendications1- Utilisation d'une composition comprenant un mono- à tétra-(ester d'acide de formule CH2=CH (CH2) „COOH avec n égal à 4, 6, 8, 10 ou 12) avec un mono- à tétra-(trialkanol en Cs-Cg) , de préférence le glycérol comme agent permettant de faciliter la mise en œuvre de produits bitumineux et/ou de béton et/ou d'améliorer les propriétés dudit produit bitumineux et/ou dudit béton mis en œuvre, tout en protégeant les dispositifs de mise en œuvre.
- 2- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit. mono- à tétra-(ester d'acide de formule CH2=CH ( CH2 ) nCOOH avec n égal à 4, 6, 8, 10 ou 12) avec un mono- à tétra- (trialkanol en C3-C5) est choisi dans le groupe consistant en le mono undécylènate de glycérol, le di - undécylénate de glycérol, le tri - undécylénate de glycérol, le mono nonylènate de glycérol, le mono-undécylénate de diglycérol, le di-undécylénate de diglycérol, le tri-undécylénate de diglycérol, le tétra-undécylénate de diglycérol et leurs mélanges.
- 3- Utilisation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la composition est utilisée en tant qu'agent de démoulage du béton.
- 4- Utilisation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la composition est utilisée en tant qu'agent de cure du béton.
- 5- Utilisation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la composition est utilisée comme agent antiadhérent pour les produits bitumineux.
- 6- Utilisation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la composition est appliquée sur les parois internes de coffrage avant que le béton ne soit coulé dans ledit coffrage.
- 7- Utilisation selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la composition est appliquée sur du béton coulé.
- 8- Utilisation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la composition est appliquée sur une surface, de préférence métallique, destinée à être en contact avec: un produit bitumineux.
- 9- Utilisation selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que la composition est une émulsion comprenant en outre de l'eau et de l'huile végétale.
- 10- Utilisation selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'huile végétale est choisie dans le groupe consistant en l'huile de colza, l'huile de tournesol, l'huile d'arachide, l'huile de crambe, l'huile de lin, l'huile de jatropha et leurs mélanges.
- 11- Utilisation selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'émulsion est stabilisée par le mono- à tétra-(ester d'acide de formule CH2-CH (CH2) nCOOH avec n égal à 4, 6, 8, 10 ou 12) avec un mono- à tétra- (trialkanol en C3-C5).
- 12- Utilisation selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'émulsion est une émulsion huile dans eau stabilisée par 2 à 20% de mono- à tétra-{ester d'acide de formule CH2=CH (CH2) nCOOH avec n égal à 4, 6, 8, 10 ou 12) avec un mono- à tétra- (trialkanol en Cj-Cg) .
- 13- Utilisation selon l'une des revendications 4, 5, 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que la composition est une solution aqueuse dont la concentration est comprise entre 5% et 65%.
- 14- Utilisation selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que la solution aqueuse comprend en outre au moins un adjuvant choisi dans le groupe consistant en des tensioactifs ou des esters à chaîne courte en faible quantité.
- 15- Utilisation selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que l'émulsion comprend en outre au moins un adjuvant choisi dans le groupe consistant en un tensioactif et un agent antioxydant.
- 16- Procédé de préparation d'un mono- à tétra-(ester d'acide de formule CH2=CH (CH2) nCOOH avec n égal à 4, 6, 8, 10 ou 12) avec un mono- à tétra- (trialkanol en Cj-Cg) comprenant les étapes consistant en: (a) Mélange de l'acide alkylénique avec un trialkanol en c3-c6, (b) Chauffage du mélange obtenu à l'étape (a) à une température comprise entre 30 et 180°C; (c) Ajout. d'acide dodécylbenzene sulfonique et d'un piégeur d'eau au mélange de l'étape (b); (d) Mélange pendant une durée suffisante pour que la réaction ait lieu, typiquement entre 30 minutes et 6 heures ; (e) Refroidissement du mélange de l'étape (d); et (f) Séparation de la phase organique et de la pha.se aqueuse pour obtenir le mono- à tétra-(ester d'acide de formule CH2=CH (CH2) nCOOH avec n égal à 4, 6, 8, 10 ou 12) avec un mono- à tétra- (trialkanol en C3-C5) contenu dans la phase organique.
