Claims (14)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Pièce en métal ou en alliage comprenant des alvéoles ouvertes définissant un volume complémentaire de la pièce, caractérisée en ce que ledit volume complémentaire de la pièce est formé de plaques empilées, chaque plaque est formée par répétition par rotation ou par translation d'un ou plusieurs motifs, chaque motif étant formé de deux demi motifs ; d'une part un premier demi motif formé d'au moins une portion de zonoèdre ayant un nombre de faces strictement supérieur à 6, et d'autre part, un second demi motif formé d'au moins une portion de zonoèdre ayant un nombre de faces supérieur ou égal à 6.
- 2. Pièce en métal ou en alliage selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits 15 motifs présentent des arrêtes arrondies ou chanfreinées.
- 3. Pièce en métal ou en alliage selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, dans laquelle lesdits motifs sont convexes. 20
- 4. Pièce en métal ou en alliage selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, dans laquelle au moins un motif présente un évidement sur au moins une de ses faces.
- 5. Pièce en métal ou en alliage selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle ledit au 25 moins un évidement est un évidement pyramidal ou tronconique.
- 6. Pièce en métal ou en alliage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle le premier demi motif est formé d'un demi-zonoèdre ayant un nombre de faces strictement supérieur à 6, et le second demi motif est formé d'un 30 demi-zonoèdre ayant un nombre de faces strictement supérieur à 6.
- 7. Pièce en métal ou en alliage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'une pièce de fonderie réalisée à l'aide d'un noyau destructible. 35 303 3 5 1 8 14
- 8. Pièce en métal ou en alliage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est réalisée par fabrication additive.
- 9. Préforme adaptée pour être utilisée comme noyau destructible pour la 5 fabrication, par voie de fonderie, d'une pièce en métal ou en alliage, ladite préforme étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une ou plusieurs plaques empilées, chaque plaque étant formée par répétition par rotation ou par translation d'un ou plusieurs motifs, chaque motif étant formé de deux demi motifs ; d'une part un premier demi motif formé d'au moins une portion de 10 zonoèdre ayant un nombre de faces strictement supérieur à 6, et d'autre part, un second demi motif formé d'au moins une portion de zonoèdre ayant un nombre de faces supérieur ou égal à 6.
- 10. Préforme selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle lesdits motifs présentent 15 des arrêtes arrondies ou chanfreinées.
- 11. Préforme selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, dans laquelle lesdits motifs sont convexes. 20
- 12. Préforme selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, dans laquelle au moins un motif présente un évidement sur au moins une de ses faces.
- 13. Préforme selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle ledit au moins un évidement est un évidement pyramidal ou tronconique. 25
- 14. Préforme selon l'une des revendications 9 à 13, dans laquelle le premier demi motif est formé d'un demi-zonoèdre ayant un nombre de faces strictement supérieur à 6, et le second demi motif est formé d'un demi-zonoèdre ayant un nombre de faces strictement supérieur à 6.
