Claims (13)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite comportant les étapes suivantes : a) réalisation d'une ou plusieurs opérations textiles mettant en oeuvre une pluralité de tresses (1) comportant chacune une pluralité de fils (21 ; ; 2n) tressés autour d'une âme (3) pour former une préforme fibreuse comportant lesdites tresses (1), et b) formation d'une phase de matrice dans la porosité de la préforme fibreuse, tout ou partie de la phase de matrice étant formée par transformation des âmes (3) des tresses (1).
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il y a durant l'étape b) réaction chimique entre au moins un premier élément des âmes (3) des tresses (1) et au moins un deuxième élément présent dans la préforme fibreuse.
- 3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les âmes (3) des tresses (1) sont, durant l'étape b), d'abord fondues et en ce que le premier élément à l'état fondu réagit avec le deuxième élément lequel est à l'état solide.
- 4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième élément est présent dans une composition pulvérulente présente dans la porosité de la préforme fibreuse.
- 5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième élément est présent dans des fils de la préforme fibreuse.
- 6. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les âmes (3) des tresses (1) sont, durant l'étape b), d'abord pyrolysées afin de former un résidu de pyrolyse comprenant le premier élément et en ce que le résidu de pyrolyse ainsi formé réagit avec le deuxième élément lequel est à l'état fondu. 3032977 17
- 7. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, durant l'étape b), le deuxième élément est d'abord fondu et en ce que le deuxième élément à l'état fondu réagit ensuite avec le premier élément présent dans les âmes (3) des tresses (1). 5
- 8. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il y a, durant l'étape b), fusion du matériau formant les âmes (3) des tresses (1) afin d'imprégner des fils de la préforme fibreuse par ledit matériau à 10 l'état fondu puis solidification dudit matériau à l'état fondu.
- 9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la phase de matrice formée lors de l'étape b) constitue une phase de consolidation, une préforme fibreuse consolidée 15 étant obtenue après mise en oeuvre de l'étape b).
- 10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que il y a après l'étape b) formation d'une phase de matrice additionnelle dans la porosité de la préforme fibreuse consolidée afin d'obtenir une pièce en 20 matériau composite.
- 11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que une pièce en matériau composite est obtenue lors de l'étape b). 25
- 12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 et 11, caractérisé en ce que la pièce formée est une aube de turbine, la préforme fibreuse constituant tout ou partie du renfort fibreux de la partie de pied d'aube. 30
- 13. Tresse (1) destinée à être mise en oeuvre dans un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, la tresse (1) comportant une pluralité de fils (21 ; ; 2n) tressés autour d'une âme (3), tout ou partie des fils (21 ; ; 2n) étant en matériau céramique ou en 35 carbone.
