Plus précisément, la présente invention a pour objet une attelle de cryothérapie compressive pour la hanche d'un être humain ayant bénéficié 25 d'une opération, comme une implantation de prothèse ou analogue, comportant : un support comprenant deux faces opposées, une poche d'accumulation de froid, dite "première poche", des moyens d'accrochage-décrochage pour accrocher ladite 30 première poche sur une première face du dit support et pour la décrocher de ce support, une poche apte à être gonflée, dite "seconde poche", des moyens pour fixer ladite seconde poche sur la seconde face du dit support, et des moyens pour gonfler et dégonfler ladite seconde poche, caractérisée par le fait que : ledit support comporte une première partie et seconde partie juxtaposées par un de leurs bords, la seconde partie ayant une longueur plus petite que la longueur de la première partie, des premiers moyens de lanière aptes à entourer la taille du dit être humain, ces premiers moyens de lanière étant aptes à être accrochés sur 10 deux bords sensiblement opposés de la première partie du dit support et décrochés d'au moins un de ces deux bords, et des seconds moyens de lanière aptes à entourer la cuisse du dit être humain correspondant à la hanche opérée, ces seconds moyens de lanière étant aptes à être accrochés sensiblement sur deux bords opposés 15 de la seconde partie du dit support et décrochés d'au moins un de ces deux bords. A cette fin, l'attelle comporte des moyens d'accrochage-décrochage 30 pour accrocher la première poche 20 sur une première face 11 du support 10 et pour la décrocher de ce support. Ces moyens d'accrochage-décrochage 30 sont par exemple constitués de bandes autoagrippantes, 30 comme celles connues sous la marque de commerce « Velcro ». L'attelle comporte en outre une poche 40 apte à être gonflée, dite "seconde poche", des moyens 50 pour fixer cette seconde poche 40 sur la seconde face 12 du support 10, en soulignant que ce support 10 peut aussi constituer en lui-même une partie de la paroi de la seconde poche 40, et des moyens 60 pour gonfler et dégonfler cette seconde poche 40. Selon une réalisation préférentielle, les deux parties 10-1, 10-2 du support 10 présentent respectivement des formes sensiblement rectangulaires, figure 1, et sont juxtaposées par un de leurs bords 20 correspondant à leur longueur, directement ou par une bande de liaison BI comme illustré sur la figure 1.
