Description
Avantageusement, ledit moyen de pulvérisation comprend une résistance chauffante.FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the field of beekeeping and more specifically smokers used by the beekeeper to calm bees before carrying out an intervention on the hive. This is an ancestral practice of generating smoke with a smoker that the beekeeper directs to the entrance of the hive and to the top of the frames as soon as the beehive roof is opened. The objective is to calm the bees and to prevent them from the intervention of the beekeeper. This practice is not mandatory but facilitates man's intervention in the hive. The smoker is traditionally constituted by: a metal combustion body forming a fireplace in which materials such as dried straw, bark, pine needles, cardboard, a bellows which is often moved are flamelessly consumed; by hand, and sometimes replaced by an electrically driven turbine. The combustion is maintained by the pulsed air through the bellows, and produces a smoke that can be directed towards the bees. It seems that the smoke has the effect of stressing the bees and pushing them into the hive and gorging themselves on honey (in anticipation of a departure if the danger persists). Believing that the hive catches fire, they prepare to face the fire and it is at this moment that the beekeeper exploits to do his work. According to the 30 studies, the smoke deceives and hides the smell of the babysitters who stand at the doors of the hive. Indeed, when they feel a danger, it gives off a smell of venom that serves as an alarm to the entire colony. The French patent FR2596612 describes an example. The patent application WO201144011 describes another example of a bee smoker that is capable of producing smoke on demand for controlling bees, comprising an element. electric heating, and a coil or gate for obtaining a slow combustion of fuel. When the smoke is no longer needed, the heating element can be shut down so that it is not necessary to continually maintain a flame in the smoker. An alternative embodiment comprises a housing, a power source, a heating element, a fan and a switch. European Patent EP2072143 discloses a spraying apparatus which is operated by means of a portable power source and comprising a liquid reservoir, a dosimetric spraying device, a hot plate allowing medicinal substances to be vaporized and also a blower and a triangular spray nozzle (A) for spraying the drug substances. On the other hand, the spraying apparatus can also be used as an electrical smoking apparatus for bees in order to spray very small amounts of 25 with a very small amount of diluent. FR2712775 French patent relates to a smoker intended to facilitate the work of a beekeeper during interventions in an apiary, consisting of a metal casing provided with at least one smoke evacuation opening, an elongated handle and a frame lifter disposed opposite the handle, in the extension thereof, and comprising a flat metal spatula combined with a triangular plate disposed at 90 degrees with respect to the spatula, the smoke generating source comprising a synthetic fumigant associated with a primer. Disadvantages of the Prior Art The solutions of the prior art have many disadvantages. Indeed, smoking requires a fuel to generate fumes and in the field it is found that there are almost as many fuels as practitioners. This can be pine needles if you are in a region with the right type of tree or industrial crushed wood pellets until you use pieces of cardboard and packaging. The smoking then presents a health risk for the beekeeper (due in particular to the presence of toxic chemical compounds in the packaging or naturally present in the materials used) not negligible and a permanent nuisance because the smoker is often kept in operation when the beekeeper moves. The latter thus breathing smoke a good part of his day of intervention. These smokers have a number of other flaws: - Impact on the aroma of honey - Difficulty of ignition, extinction - Risk fire (forest, nylon clothing) - Permanent operation (including in the car between two apiaries ) - Nauseating odor of certain fuels - Joint trauma (repeated handling of the bellows, aged public, ...) 30 Solution provided by the invention In order to reduce the risk of toxicity of fumes released during smoking, this The invention relates to a solution using a composition that can be volatilized easily in a smoking system specially developed for this application. The invention relates in its most general sense a bee smoker characterized in that it comprises a container containing a glycol composition, a means for spraying said glycol composition and an air flow generator. It constitutes a smoke propellant comprising an electrical resistance that heats the glycol liquid which turns into vapor in contact with the colder air. The reaction is at relatively low temperature (about 60 °). Advantageously, said spraying means comprises a heating resistor.
Preferably, said container is constituted by an interchangeable cartridge containing said glycolated composition in the liquid phase. According to a variant, said container is constituted by a cartridge containing substrate elements in which a glycol composition is adsorbed. Advantageously, said container is extended by a diffuser provided with means for creating turbulence in the air flow. The invention also relates to an active agent for bee smoker, characterized in that it consists of a glycol composition. Preferably, said active agent contains a base consisting of propylene glycol and / or vegetable glycerin. The invention also relates to a cartridge containing a glycol composition for a smoker above. The present invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows, with reference to the appended figure, in which: FIG. 1 represents a schematic view of an example of realization of a smoker according to the invention. The smoker according to the invention is constituted by a body (1) equipped with a handle (2). The body (1) has a housing for the installation of a cartridge (3) containing a glycol composition in which a wick (4) surrounded by an electrical resistance (5) is immersed. This heating resistor (5) is powered by a battery (6) via a switch controlled by an electronic control circuit. An electric turbine (7) creates a pulsed air flow opening into the chamber (8) forming a sealed chamber into which the wick (4) opens. This enclosure (8) opens into a duct (9) for diffusing the artificial smoke created in the enclosure (8). The cartridges (3) contain a liquid composition with a glycol base, for example glycerol or terpene compounds and additives.
30These cartridges (3) are interchangeable to allow the refill of the smoker, and also to allow with the same smoker to apply specific treatments of the hive. 30
