Abstract
Un condensateur (10) à électrolyte humide est proposé. Le condensateur (10) inclut une anode plane (200, 201, 202, 203, 300, 400, 500) formée à partir d'une poudre pressée et frittée, une cathode qui inclut un substrat métallique qui est revêtu avec un matériau électro-chimiquement actif et un électrolyte opérationnel en communication avec l'anode plane (200, 201, 202, 203, 300, 400, 500) et la cathode.
