Claims (9)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de contrôle de l'état d'une barrière thermique par endoscopie comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) introduction d'une sonde endoscopique à l'intérieur d'un moteur, le moteur comprenant une pièce revêtue par une barrière thermique dont la couche externe comprend un oxyde de terre rare apte à produire une couleur autre que le noir et le blanc lors de son irradiation par un rayonnement lumineux de longueur d'onde prédéfinie, ladite couche externe étant essentiellement formée par l'oxyde de terre rare ou l'oxyde de terre rare étant présent en tant que dopant dans la couche externe et, lorsque l'oxyde de terre rare est présent en tant que dopant, l'oxyde de terre rare est choisi parmi : l'oxyde de praséodyme, l'oxyde de néodyme, l'oxyde d'erbium, l'oxyde de cérium, l'oxyde de samarium, l'oxyde d'holmium, l'oxyde de thulium et l'oxyde de terbium, et b) irradiation de la couche externe de la barrière thermique par un rayonnement lumineux permettant à l'oxyde de terre rare de produire une couleur autre que le noir et le blanc et observation de la couche externe de la barrière thermique colorée par l'oxyde de terre rare à l'aide de la sonde endoscopique afin de contrôler l'état de la barrière thermique.
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'oxyde de terre rare est présent en tant que dopant dans la couche externe et en ce que la couche externe comprend en plus de l'oxyde de terre rare un composé de formule Re2Zr2O7 où Re désigne un élément terre rare.
- 3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la barrière thermique comprend en outre une sous-couche présente entre la pièce et la couche externe.
- 4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pièce est une aube de turbomachine montée dans le moteur.
- 5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le moteur est un moteur d'aéronef.
- 6. Pièce destinée à être montée dans un moteur, la pièce étant revêtue par une barrière thermique dont la couche externe comprend un oxyde de terre rare apte à produire une couleur autre que le noir et le blanc lors de son irradiation par un rayonnement lumineux de longueur d'onde prédéfinie, ladite couche externe étant essentiellement formée par l'oxyde de terre rare ou l'oxyde de terre rare étant présent en tant que dopant dans la couche externe et, lorsque l'oxyde de terre rare est présent en tant que dopant, l'oxyde de terre rare est choisi parmi : l'oxyde de praséodyme, l'oxyde de néodyme, l'oxyde d'erbium, l'oxyde de cérium, l'oxyde de samarium, l'oxyde d'holmium, l'oxyde de thulium et l'oxyde de terbium.
- 7. Pièce selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle constitue une aube de turbomachine.
- 8. Moteur aéronautique comprenant une pièce selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7.
- 9. Aéronef comprenant un moteur aéronautique selon la revendication 8.
